The seller added a payment method that I requested, and it doesn't work, I sent a video showing the problem, and data for my cPanel and ftp client, I sent four emails and none were answered, I bought the script twice, and they ignored me both times.
They solved excellent

This is literally the worst support I have ever seen on an Envato seller. I read the reviews about the support but I thought it can't be that bad. It's been one week since I tried purchasing a module from the seller and so progress so far. I have no use of the item without the payment module. It's ridiculous how bad the support is.
