I’m trying to configure the Ken Burns slider effects with smooth transitions, and have been very unsuccessful so far – have tried changing transitionanimation times, effects and zoom settings, however the slider is still choppy and animations stop before the next slide is introduced. I need the slider to have a smooth transitioning effect – how do I achieve this? Do you have a video or documentation that I can refer to?
I’ve read previous comments about this problem, but have not seen any solution posted anywhere yet…
Any help would be appreciated!

I’d also like to know when there will be multilingual wpml support for the static/global layers of revolution slider? This is an issue that has been raised for a few years now with no solution unfortunately – any ETA on when this would be implemented in upcoming versions?

No problem, I’ve found a workaround at the moment, using wpbakery’s custom text over the slider, however it’s probably not the best solution.
Hopefully there is a solutions soon to this….thanks!

Hi,
I am not sure the best way to ask for support, mainly as I am now unsure if its the plugin or not. But basically this is happening with Revolution Slider and Essential Grid.
Revolution slider I got with a theme, so I unsure if you can support me. But I do have this issue on every website currently on my server oddly.
I can edit slides. I can import and export slides. Slides display fine on the website. But I cannot create, or edit the settings of slides. I have cleared cache. (on my browser too) I have deactivated all plugins. I have changed to default theme. I have tried on a fresh copy of wordpress.. But nothing works.. I am unsure why or what else to do.
I have even tried with different php versions.. (7.2 and 7.3) My hosting is wordpress optimised.. so I am at a loss on this.
Wondering if you can suggest anything?

Is it possible to import one whole slider (including nav) into another? I’d like to use one template sldier as a portfolio inside another slider. I know I can import screens. I want to bring in the whole slider interface. Possible?

When you export a slider, it includes everything (Navigation, Stylings, Configurations) and you’ll get the same slider when you import it. Thank you! Your answer inspired me to try. But I seem only to be able to import one slide (not the whole slider) at a time. Slider A is my whole site, in it I want a portfolio that uses a whole different slider (Slider 
I’ve tried exporting zip and importing, but I cannot import the whole slider B into my slider A.
So, your answer now sounds like I can only import whole sliders into Wordpress, or a website, but not into an existing RevSlider. Is this correct?

When updating the web everything is displayed normally.

Hi I have bought the slider some time ago but only now want to use it
I am being told that the plugin has been registered ( I did this yesterday) so that box is ticked
For some reason I cannot active it … the button at the top says PLUGIN NOT ACTIVATED
