Sorry to know you are facing issue. can you please send us your ticket no. I will try to follow up with theme team. Due to covic-19 our full team work from home. That is why lots of ticket and support increase, We are facing difficulties to manage. If situation go worse we have to stop support. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Great maybe for my taste should make even a lighter version! Not everyone needs such a heavy module!

Purchase code doesnt works. And to create a ticket, support page asks purchase-code, and purchase code also doesnt work there to create a ticket

I had a prolbem at the beginnig buying the wrong module and I had no any problem to solve it because the author gave me the correct module and the difference of money
