This happen due to your Opencart 1.5.6 which have error in mysqli.php. Just download the file again from Opecart git

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/opencart/opencart/1.5.6.2/upload/system/database/mysqli.php

and replace the old file. It will resolve your issue.
