It’s been a week since I noticed a bug in the slider hero. the developer say is willing to fix them but has not done anything so far.
no support , no fix bugs!
Someone go to parallax-effect and look! It’s done very crooked! it’s horrible! their effect consumes RAM to infinity added also look at how it’s optimized for mobile screen!
The attitude towards customers is disgusting! I bought the PRO version of the product! I haven’t heard back from tech support for 2 days. I created 3 tickets, but never got an answer.
1) Overloads RAM to infinity maybe even up to 4gb. slowly adding 340, 350, 370, 400, 600 and more.
2) on the mobile screen planes do not fly, but stand still. I have attached a screenshot.
These problems are noticed on my site and on yours too.

1) parallax-effect consumes too much memory and abuses it! you can end up downloading more than 4GB!
2) In the mobile version the planes don’t fly across the screen, they just drift in one place!
I bought your plugin for these effects. but they work horribly and can’t be supplied because of these bugs on the site!
also developer if you see this cosmic-web optimize more of this effect by all means!

i do not advise anyone to contact them, they do not answer for 2 days. they do not fix the problem!

We are using H2 currently based on some customer requests. However, we can add an option to use either H1 or H2 for titles.

Is it possible to have a Vimeo background video auto play like the YouTube examples on your site?
Yes, auto play is supported with Vimeo. However, you may need to turn on the **audio mute option for Auto Play to work because of browser policies.

No, you cannot simply import codepen effects. There is no feature for that.
Yes, it is fully compatible with Elementor. An elementor widget is included to insert the Slider shortcode on your page.

Hi, this looks great and will save hours more of coding, is there a trial so I can test this out, I just need to know if there is a pause before playing the (YouTube or Vimeo) video, also can it loop the video and not show the FOUC, black background when on a loop on YouTube. There are a few more styling questions I have and really need to test it out with negative margins using the Divi theme on mobile and desktop etc. Thank you – Jamie

Thank you, I have installed the plugin, there is still a black background on the loop, using YouTube is there anyway to remove this, also the video quality has been reduced and is pixelated. It depends on how the gallery was added. If it was added from some sort of global options like theme settings or template files then you can do it automatically. We do provide custom services for this kind of works if you are interested.

The galleries were created via gutenberg’s “Gallery” block within posts, which were converted to the slider I had previously (wp flexslider) via a function.
If it was not a reusuable block then it will be tricky. You can try the Better Find and Replace plugin to replace code directly from the database. But be careful using that. Take backups first.

I will explain in detail what I need. I will give detailed pictures of everything.

2 – In this Post Type, I have a field for Image Upload, A gallery field where I can upload multiple images in each post. ( https://prnt.sc/qnbut1 )
3 – What I want is a Thumbmails Slider that dynamically loads this field. The result I hope to get, is this from the next image: ( https://prnt.sc/qnbve0 )
4 – As an example of how I want to upload the images in this Slider, we have the Elementor Widget Gallery Elementor Pro’s Widget Gallery dynamically loads images like this: ( https://prnt.sc/qnbvum )

What I really need is a Method, which does the same thing as Widget Gallery (Item 4) But be a Thumbmails Slider, and give me a result like Item 3

pre-sales question. Can I add a full page background video and keep the content that is already on the page, or does the content have to be added to slider layers?
It is not possible by slider hero alone. After creating a video background slider, it is possible to add as a page background by editing the theme file. It will require some coding knowledge.

What’s the purpose of the tag canvas mouse over box around the text if you can’t have a link to it? Meaning if a user goes and interacts with the header, they are going to assume that the tag text has a link because of the mouse and hover box. So why doesn’t it has a feature for a link when the effects displayed calls for a linked area?

Hello great tool. Easy installation, easy to use. However I want have a request and myabe the option is already there. But how to find it?

I cannot get this plugin to work it is full of bugs for me, I am on the newest wordpress version using the enfold theme..I cannot get it to go full screen, the button hover effects dont update or work correctly, it is very buggy.
