Having problems installing software in EE 3.4.0. Receive various error messages when pressing ‘install’ in the addon control panel. My install of EE 3.4.0 has the ‘system’ folder above the public_html directory for security reason. Would the location of the ‘system’ directory have an effect on your plugin’s activation?

Are there any updates on when a compatible version of your software will be made available? I realize that Expression Engine was also updated to v3.4.2 as well.

Site Visitor Statistics for ExpressionEngine doesn’t work on EE 3.5.10. If the Addon is install, my Website is only a blank page. Pur white, all the subsites too. What is the problem? Your software? My configuration?

Deinstall current version. Delete it. And install this version – http://my-stat.com/mystat_ee.zip
I’v done, but it doesn’t work. When i install the Addon in the backend of ee, than shows me a blank screen. I must go back with the back-button, than I make a reload. Then the new button will appear. Then I go to registration and enter the license number. But nothing is happen. And my website is complettly a blanc screen. It’s a bug, guys. I can send you screenshots and more info, but not here… Please send me a solution. Thank you
