- Our support team will respond to you as soon as possible but sometimes it can take you longer than usual like 1 to 2 working days, because of our higher volume of tickets, also Saturday and Sunday are weekends here. And our office hour is 4:30 am to 11:30 am UTC/GMT Time.
- Support team will only respond & proceed with your issue if you provide complete details which is required (Ex. Server Access, Hosting Details, Account Information, etc..)
