Too many issues after installing while installing etc, and the POS UI is not even mobile friendly! this is just not good.

useless software. It can not do basic things what it is intended to do like easy setup of printers and POS dashboard is not professional.

Thank you for your valued feedback. Have you asked any support questions for setting printers? Did you check the item before purchase? Is the POS different than demo? I am not sure how to help you here. Anyway, I will try to make it professional in future if I could. Thanks again

Where did you ask for support? I have seen your comments today on item page those were posted on Saturday. We don't work on Saturdays & Sundays and comment response time 5 days. The official support portal https://tecdiary.net/support response time is 1- 2 says.
