Try this

copy the file named my_account.php and order_tracking.php from plugin directory

and paste in WP_ROOT/wp-content/plugins/jigoshop/shortcodes

copy jigoshop_emails.php from plugin directory

and paste in WP_ROOT/wp-content/plugins/jigoshop
