patsatech, I figured out the issue, it was a configuration problem on my end. Everything is working as expected thus far. thank you.
This seemed to break with the new Jiggoshop or wordpress update. Adding the plugin has now broke the my_account.php and order_tracking.php page. I get this error evert time I access the page:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method jigoshop::shortcode_wrapper() in /home/content/28/9090928/html/shop/wp-content/plugins/jigoshop/shortcodes/my_account.php on line 19
The email addition still works however. Any ideas? I had to revert the two files for the time being.

I’ve got it activated and entered the tracking #, but nothing is happening…
I am using Flat Fee Shipping as a means to offer Local Delivery with a fee.
With this plugin would it be possible for me to still enter delivery date updates, and mark off completions with the shipping Company being “Local Delivery” ?
Would it only be able to say “custom” ?
When you select Custom you are allowed to enter both the Company Name and Tracking Number. So you can provide tracking details for company that we haven’t integrated yet.
I have installed this plugin correctly but when testing I did not receive the Tracking # in my order confirmation email and it is not in my account info either.

just slightly confused, I am supposed to login to fedex and get a tracking code or will this automatically generate one when someone purchases an item? I tried a demo purchase and everything is connected to fedex, but nothing is generated.
Yes you need to enter the Tracking Code for the order’s manually.
It appears that the shipping information isn’t being saved before the email is sent out – if you put in tracking information and mark and order completed at the same time, the email that is sent out will not have any tracking information. If you put in the tracking information and save the order, then change the order status to completed and resave, the tracking details are present (Jigoshop 1.3.1, WP 3 .3.2).
Can you change the flow of this process around to avoid the extra step, or did we set something up wrong? Thanks!
Your are correct you need to save the order entering the Tracking Number and then mark the Order Complete to be able to send the Tracking Number in Email. We are working on it to remove the extra step and will be updating the plugin soon in coming week.

Not supported currently but we plans to do that.

Is it possible to add South East Freight Lines www.SEFL.com or R&L Carriers. These are two U.S. truck lines we use often.
Can you send the tracking number for both so we can test with those.

We are using the jigoshop plugin and now we want to add shipping support for DHL. I see that these plugin supports DHL shipping. Our shop is based in Slovenia and we want to ship in every country. Is these plugin supporting this option? Are there any limitations from where this plugin will work?

Purchased plugin February 18th, 2015. Same day installed it and found out that it wiped out all Jigoshop email variable and Jigoshop email actions.
I have a fresh installed WP theme, with Jigoshop, that works well. So I contacted support and described the case, provided full FTP and WP-admin access.
Today is February 25th, 2015. Have received no response so far. Totally disappointed. No money, no working plugin.
The quality of plugin (in my case) and no support response for 7 days is something that authors of fee software do not afford towards their customers.
