just a heads up you need to get approval to enable SMS, this is not mention here I bought the plugin and bough the credit but they need verification I did not got approve @techy4m you need to come up with something to allow member to opt-in to SMS in the registration page or in their profile there no such setting and this is a GDPR must.

1. You can find a note regarding this on the 2nd to last sentence on the item description
2. Perfex CRM has a GDPR feature you can take a look at this to see if it meets your requirements as the module cannot add fields to the registration form. Alternatively you can consider adding a custom fields on registration following perfex Docs.

This is not mention in the item description that you need verification with sendinblue to send SMS you need to add this because people will buy it and when they are going to link to sendinblue they need a verification.
we’ll look into the description, an approved Sendinblue account should be clear enough.
However as an additional tip, ensure you always indicate you need an account for transactional SMS instead of SMS Marketing to have more chances of approval.

I understand my friend In my position I have and account with Sendinblue over 3 year for email marketing but for SMS is different you need to buy the credit then they do the verification. so that’s why I bought the plugin set it up to perfex and link my account and when I bought the credit that’s when you need to get verified for SMS. so I hope you understand and add this information for a new buyer in my case I lost my money on this plugin and they refund my credit in sendinblue.

this module is responsible for delivery SMS in perfex for any feature tat already exist in perfex. It is best to find out from perfex Team. However you can explore the survey feature to know if it can do this as the module supports it.

You can put any alphanumeric character in the sender ID. however note that sendinblue requires it should be a maximum of 11 characters. (UTF-8 Character)

I guess not
Sendinblue SMS is one-way by default. You’ll have to contact sendinblue to enable 2 direction SMS for you to get a reply. The replies will go to your email not the CRM

DON’T BOTHER WITH THIS Plug-in SendinBlue want all your clients data before they will set-up your account, although they take your credit for Texts. They did refund but this Plug-in is useless, Contacted seller for refund but they wont refund. They asked for evidence then when I supply it they say it is incomplete? Complete waste of money.
Hello, it is clear you have difficulties setting up your Sendinblue account. according to Sendinblue ( https://help.sendinblue.com/hc/en-us/articles/209408165--Why-has-my-SendinBlue-account-not-been-validated-yet- ) you are not required to upload your contacts to send transactional SMS ( SMS notifications ) to your users.
You reached out to us requesting a refund after indicating on Sendinblue you want to send email campaigns. according to Sendinblue policy you are required to Import all of the contacts to whom you wish to send your email or SMS campaigns. Since the module is for transactional SMS you don’t need to upload contacts. Clearly the module works as described.

Hello it’s possible but we’ll have to wait till the next version of Perfex is realeased there’s a little big preventing addition of new SMS templates to Perfex. We have added more triggers but can’t release ATM until the bug has been fixed in Perfex.
