my name is Peter. I bought the scroll animation widget but I’m not able to use it. I’m working with muse.cc . Do i have to use dreamweaver or an editor too to make this widget work? I couldn’t find a detailled description how to use it – can you send me one? Thanks in advance and best regards, Peter

Hello, I am considering buying this widget for story telling purposes. I was wondering whether you’re able to make the final example through the use of this widget? The tutorial does not provide the instructions for that part, and it looks very effective. Thank you.
With this Scroll Animation widget (works with fluid and fixed width) and the newly added scroll motion inside of Muse (only with fixed width) you can create parallax scroll magic on your website page.
Hello, I’m running the latest version of Muse and for the life of me I can’t get the widget to work. I believe that I’ve followed all the instructions correctly and also watched the quickstart tutorial and done the exact procedure. Could you please help me ? I was buy scroll animation and event animation. firstname.lastname@example.org ( it is urgent )
The version adobe muse cc 2017.0
put a .(dot) before your graphic_style name when assigning it in the widget.
eg.: animation1 should be .animation1.
It should then work. It is a common error. I just tested the widget with the lastest version. The widget itself is still working.
Hope this helps.
Not, I was put .title1 on the graphic style and the same name on the animation class and not
Can you please send me a sample file or something? Please
Could you mail me your file and I will have a look? Not sure what kind of examples I can send. Mailto: email@example.com
Hi, I am having serious trouble with Break Points, the widget works if the browser is in the largest Break Point but as soon as I reduce the browser to small Break Point it Triggers immediately.
Please can you supply a solution.
Well you have to see it this way: Most breakpoints represent an initial load of a website on a viewport. For example a Tablet or Mobile device. Then it is correctly animated and/or shown. The possibility to increase and decrease your browser width is a neat way to see if a website is responsive, but is not the correct choice to test a websites responsiveness. Plus one cannot on a tablet or mobile device.
The event triggered on each breakpoint inside of muse is called a quickRefresh. In short it quickly refreshes the website. By that animations are reset again.
Have you tested on the latest release of Muse? as it did work on previous but not anymore?
Our current Widgets (2 are live, others are ready) have nothing to do with the internal structure of Muse itself. They are independent and rely only on their own libraries which are contained in the ALL INITIAL Widget.
If the Muse-user does not set the class name correct in both *-style panels and widgets, there will then be no connection found. I cannot emphasize this enough.
See the class names as an object both Muse and Widget want to hold. They work together like a relay race. If one runner holds a blue-bar and the next runner was told to grab a bleu-bar. The second runner will never find the blue-bar.
Hello. Could you please help me?
I’m having troubles with the widget in multiple breakpoints. The offset option doesn’t work correctly except in the biggest breakpoint. In the smaller breakpoints the animation triggers immediately; I’ve tried to make an individual item per breakpoint, however this doesn’t have any effect. Is this a version issue?
The version I’m using is muse cc 2017.0
as posted above your reply we see your side of story when scrubbing a browsers-width smaller. But that is not the case when viewing website on smaller devices.
How can I animate graphic styles? It’s not working with the explanation in the PDF file. Please would appreciate help much.
ikbenxmuseitsupport. Are you using the . (dot) notation when entering your graphic styles inside of the widget?
Example Widget: .target01
If so you must also check that there are no dots used when creating them in the graphic style panel.
Example Graphic style: target01
Hope this helps you get well underway in animating your pages inside of Adobe Muse.
