Good morning. Schedule Reports plugin does NOT send reports on a schedule. They are sent when clicking RUN NOW from the Schedule Reports schedule listing. Is there a fix/update coming?
Schedule Reports plugin does NOT send XLS or XLSX reports, whether scheduled or by clicking the Run Now button.
UPDATE: CVS Reports are generated and emailed when RUN NOW is selected from Schedule Reports list, but none of the schedules work. It’s been 3 days and no automated reports have been sent.

I can see hundreds of entries when i do a manual sql search matching my queries, but the scheduled reports are only showing a partial report without all the entries.

I use worpdress version 6.0 and WPML installed on SiteGround server with active caching functions active.
Maybe a problem with the wordpress cron? is it possible to run a server-side Cron job?

Thanks for the backend details, its working fine.
To overcome the schedule event issue we have created new Schedule on your website with the name “Test Schedule By Vsourz” and setup the schedule, also we have install wp-mail-logging plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/) to track the email once it will triger.
So, now as per our created schedule within the “Italian” language on your website We are receiving an email with a attached CSV sheet.
You can also check the Mail log in your website backend.
Kindly confirm which schedule is not working in which language so, that we will look accordingly.

For example, the last sending of the programming in Italian “Report Settimanale – Modulo Richiesta Preventivo IT” dates back to 02/05/2022. The system is set to send every Monday but this does not happen.

Hi, Does this plugin allows to send the report to multiple emails? I tried separating them by comma, but it is telling me the email is invalid. Is there any other way to do it, other than duplicating the report?
