So disappointed in this purchase for a few reasons...

1. SMS notifications are only sent to cell phones that are with two different cell phone carriers, at the carriers are located in Italy. So if you're not in Italy the SMS options will not work for you.

2. The simplest coding aspects of this plugin are questionable. The Title and Subtitle text of the form was written as text input, which is ridiculous to begin with.

3. I have submitted several support tickets to the company and have never heard back.

Now I have to go through the hassle of requesting a refund for this debacle. If you're the developer of this plugin you really need to either fix all of the bugs and make the SMS capability open to any carrier worldwide, or remove the pausing from the marketplace.

Hi,

here are our answers:

1 - It's totally FALSE, Salon Booking System supports by default "Plivo", "Twilio", "Ip1sms" and other five different providers trought add-ons.

2 - You should put some more attention before writing erroneus things.
Some elements of the booking form are editable from the front-end when the "Administrator" is logged-in for the simple purpose of giving him the power to customize those text strings.

3 - It's very strange as we answer every single day to a dozen of enquiries.

Thank you for the final comments and suggestions, but we are happy with the current features of Salon Booking System and by the average positive feedback we receive from our valuable customers.

This plugin is full of bugs especially not receiving emails as admin and as a client. Totally waste of money.

We've already told you that your Wordpress install doesn't send email at all..

This plugin is full of bugs and simple errors. for example the alternative process order sometime shows the choose assistant page and sometime skips it.

Excellent team of programmers and great customer service. Even re releasing a new version of the plugin to fix an issue I came across and fixed a complex issue. Great to speak to, prompt and will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with the plugin.

For the price it was amazing value. They have thought of everything. The plugin is easy to customise and works flawlessly. It has been a great benefit to my client and they are very pleased with it.

I also paid for a custom payment gateway which they completed promptly.

The best thing was the customer service. They are patient and enthusiastic about programming and making a great product. Every problem I have had they have been there until the end to get it working properly. Working with them has been a great experience and have had a great outcome.

My first experience out fo the box is failure. I buy the product and right after that I need to send a support ticket to find out why the plugin wont install and its missing css files.

The bulk of the functions work with this plugin. Sadly they are the same functions that are in the FREE version. The emails & communication with your clients/customers part of the plugin is TERRIBLE! Your business will look quite unprofessional to your clients. Sadly the Customer support to fix this from the plugins owner is non-existent. Like many other booking plugins, you do not have the ability to customize the automated emails going to your customers.
AGAIN, Customer Service is just ridiculous.

On the FREE version there are no payments options that are available only on PRO version. About the support service we use to answer to every support request within 24hrs ... a proof of that are the a large numbers of positive reviews from our satisfied customers. It can happens that some requests cannot be satisfied but that has nothing to do with the quality of our support provided but simply with the limits of our plugin that we use to improve every month with new releases since 2016.
