We also already give you our IP Address, Username and Password from our cPanel. If the domain can not be reach you can using IP address to Login

The Support Still do not know what URL it is, support came from the ticketing system that they gave me Tickke ID 485553 you can see that there is 8 Subject with that Ticket ID 485553 https://ibb.co/ddOHnm I already give Domain, IP, USer and Password on 25 NOV 2017 https://ibb.co/gs0Nnm And ask URL again at 28 NOV 2017 https://ibb.co/iXoKYR

The support only CAN ASK 1. what URL 2. DNS Error

BUT DO NOT GIVE THE SOLUTION

They request the server user and password we already give IF the DNS error They can login with the IP Adress that we already Give.

Why not you give me your IP address so we can check at our server and also give a traceroute result so we can check again our DNS BUT This is not the main issues THEY CAN LOGIN USING IP.

I’ll be using this for my client, a barbershop. I’ll be using WordPress CMS, using Divi theme as a front end. Dont mind if I need to redirect the booking/appointment system to a subdomain. Can you answer the following questions;

1. Is possible to have one calendar where customers can enter their details and select which barber to get their haircut with, and any extra services the customer wants?

2. Is there any front end profile for the customer to change dates, time and cancel?

3. When the customer makes an appointment but wants to change the date or time, how would the customer do that?

4. How would the client make a refund to the customer?

5. How do you setup the staff front end profile? Also, can the staff cancel or change appointments?

6. Is there an embed code to use?

7. What payment gateway is available to use?
