It's a pretty decent plugin, and when I had some issues with implementing it, the support team was able to solve the challenges within 24 hours

Just the worst product I head ever to work with
I used this plugin for a year and everything seemed to work fine, until I discovered bugs that completely ruined the experience. If you need to rent the same product several times a day, I recommend you look for another solution: this one is buggy and customer support is unable to understand your requests.
I found 2 bugs, reported them and after 2 weeks, 3 videos and multiple screenshots they still haven't given me a valid solution. They are not able to understand your requests, or they just don't care.
This is one of the few negative reviews I have written in many years of web development, but it was necessary to write it to alert those interested.

So we are not fully sure that after using our item for this long time why you are still feel that our team has nor understood your issue especially when our team has already resolved your issues. If you are still facing any issue please open a support ticket and our technical support team will assist you.
I placed several tickets to figure out how to setup the plugin in the way I need and they always provided funded answer which helped me to update the settings accoring to my needs.
Really well designed plugin, works perfectly for my use and is customisable. Helpful support where possible.

It's a disaster. Full of bugs:
1) Will block dates that shouldn't be blocked.
2) Items should be in the inventory an yet when you try to book an item with inventory left, it will say "quantity unavailable", even though there's still items in the inventory.
3)The plugin is deeply flawed and the creators don't respond to bug reports. They want access to your e-commerce (something that I can't grant given the value of the operation and the fact it belongs to my client) and pretend there must be something wrong with your WP installation. They do the same every single time and months after reporting the bugs they end up updating the code in an attempt to fix them (according to the update logs), but the bugs persist most of the time.
The company responsible for this plugin is a joke.

Sorry to hear that you have faced an issue with our item. However, for your first and second issues, we do not have checked again and did not find any such issue on our plugin. It is quite possible that there is a conflict coming from other third-party plugins or any code customization that you may have done. Hence our support team requested some details from you. However, you are yet to provide us with the details requested. We take bug reports seriously and if we find any issue on our plugin we fix them immediately and push updates. So please communicate with us via the support portal with your issues and hopefully, your issue will be soon resolved.
