There is no way to resize the image. Only a thumbnail is shown. Time and money are wasted. I do not advise to buy. After the purchase, the author does not respond to solve the problem and you can not get money back.

Dear customer, we replied to your message a few hours after submitting your ticket. Replies can take up two business days. Anyway, you can request a refund to the codecayon. The authors can not submit a refund request.

The goal of the plugin is not to implement a gallery. I’m sure your theme has a better tool for displaying images. Anyway, there is an article to tweak the plugin layout if there is not an admin setting.

Dear aurhor, you answered once and then stopped responding. It has been almost 2 days. I do not need a gallery, I need only one larger size than yours. Ok, I maybe find tool for it. Another problem – why is the form https://prnt.sc/t9u27u duplicated?

Hi again, the form is duplicated because you enable the automatic box feature in the Reviewer > Templates. Please uncheck all post types in the Automatic box section.

I purchased the plugin a while ago with intentions of using it on one of my websites; I installed it and activated it but never got around to using it on the site, so now I have uninstalled and deleted it from the website I initially wanted to use it on and I have installed and activated it on one of my other sites where I will be able to actually put the plugin to use. However when I tried to complete the activation using my envato username and purchase code, it said this “You have exceeded the maximum number of plugin copies that can be activated with one license” How do I resolve this issue please?

Hi!

I have an issue with the plugin that needs fixing.

When posting Amazon product reviews, we need to use a direct link to the image due to Amazon’s terms of service. For example: https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41QaeaJukSL.jpg

However, the plugin does not seem to grab the images even if I put the URL into the URL box.

Actually, the Schema.org code isn’t working either. When I check it with Google’s Schema Test Tool, there is no review Schema code on the page at all.

How can I change the schema type in this plugin? no option to do so? I’ve added a user review to my homepage but it add wrong schema type as “product” which is wrong in my case I want to be able to set it up as “Local business” or “TravelAgency”.

Pre purchase question: I already have a review site, but want to completely redo my site and your plugin looks ideal. I would need to bring in my exiting reader reviews? I don’t mind if I have to do each one manually, but I will need to be able to change the submitted date to what was the original date. Would I be able to do this? Many thanks

I have so many other envato plugins and am unwilling to install another extra plugin just to be able to update your plugin. Do you plan to have the update working like it does normally with other plugins?

Hi, thank you for the feedback. The source code of the Reviewer plugin is stored on Envato servers. We are an exclusive author so we can not upload the plugin on other public places. So to download the Reviewer plugin updates you have just two possibilities: or download it manually from code canyon or use the Official Envato Plugin for the automatic download. In both cases, the source is always the Envato server. Maybe the other plugins that you have, are not exclusive Envato items so they can be redistributed from other sources. Hi. I like reply option. It looks good on laptop/desktop. On mobile is a little small, it will be good if user review box and reply can be larger (on left and right) for mobile.

Thanks for this useful plugin. I had a minor issue with the latest release. Notifications of new reviews were no longer being sent. I traced the cause to a change in reviewer/public/includes/class-rating.php

The sender email domain can include ‘www’ which means notifications are rejected from most email providers. I fixed it by adding the ‘www’ removal code you had in the previous version.

Change reviewer/public/includes/class-rating.php

ln 597:

$domain_name = $url[‘host’];

to

$domain_name = preg_replace(’/^www\./’,’’,$_SERVER[‘SERVER_NAME’]);

Now it works as expected. I hope this helps someone else.

Your plugin allows you to upload malicious image.php files to the server, after which the site is infected. This is how the script was uploaded to us and the site was hacked.

Seems that there is a problem with cloudflare since 3.20 – unfortunately I didn’t get a support (no answers and if there was an answer, then it was not helpful).

Maybe there are more guys out there with troubles with the great reviewer plugin + cloudflare user and we can help each other?

I’m about to buy the plugin but I ahve a question. I want to do a website where the product score with all the custom added criterias will be comment driven. So if users will comment and score the bars of the custom added criterias will calculate, right? And do a real time display of results with the overall score? Or it will only display the overall score?
