I see now you can require pictures to be submitted, which is fantastic, wondering if in the admin area, if we can specify, when approving review if the images are to posted, or delete one of the images. Reason is I want people to submit proof of purchase as an image, along with the review, but also a product image as well if they want, but only want to post the product image, if they provided one, and not post the proof of purchase….I can already think of a work around that should work, and that would be go in via file manager and delete the extra image, but not sure if that would cause an issue doing that if the code was expecting an image to be displayed…..thanks!
Hi Thank you for interesting in reviewer plugin. The plugin has the features you need. You can set the minimum number of images to upload inside user review. Than during the moderation process at back-end page the admin can manage the attached images (view, add, remove).
Hi, I would like to know how to change Grabatar Image Profile, to a local WP image profile. I can not see an option within the admin panel.
Hi, Please follow the support inside the doc. The team does not manage comments. Thank you
Where I can find the docs?
The documentation is inside the main zip file you downloaded from code canyon.
ok thanks. This is just to change the default avatar from gravatar to another.
Sorry I can not find anything about changing the gravatar default image. Can you point me in the right direction?
I wrote you that you need to contact the support following the doc, and not that you will find the solution in the doc. The support team does not manage comments.
ok I will write you then
Trying to set this plugin up. If I’m understanding it correctly I need to create a new Template if I want each Woo category to have different review criteria. However, I only see an option to Exclude categories, no option to Include. Do I really need to check all those boxes to exclude everything but the category I’m creating the template for? Is there an easier way to do it? Or is that the correct way? I have about 40 check boxes.
Also, how do I make sure the default Woo review form is replaced by this one?
Actually, it looks like I got the form displaying – it’s showing up down at the bottom of the description on the product page. The problem is, my product pages have a Reviews tab with the default Woo reviews. And on my category pages I have the default Woo reviews/ratings displayed. Does this plugin have a way of replacing the Woo review function?
Hi Please follow the support rules inside the documentation. The support team does not manage comments. Thank you.
I sent you an email through your profile
I already replied you 2 days ago. Check your email or resubmit the ticket
Although I have marked the name field and the email field, they do not appear on the form

Hi! Is it possible to review the post in the excerpt of the post? (for example on the archieve page)
Hi Thank you for interesting in Reviewer plugin. If your theme allows shortcodes inside the excerpt you can create a review box and add the related shortcode
Recently it asked me for license code again and I’m having error
Too many activations for the current license, 1 of 1. Deactivate a license to use the plugin on this WordPress site or contact the Support Team.
Can you fix this, please?
Please follow the support rules inside the doc. You can use the plugin on a site only. Then your support license was expired. So please renew it at codencanyon in order to receive support.
I’m using it only on 1 website. I’m not interested in receiving support.
This a support request so please contact the support team via private message and include your purchase code. The team does not manage comments. All the rules are described inside the documentation. Please take a look at them
Good Evening… i like the plugin but just had a question.
Lets say that someone had an event. I can post an image a line or two about the vent and i want the users to rate the event on the specific areas i set. whiteout me rating it first. i would like to have every review user driven without me having to set a base review first is that possible.
Also is it possible for each visitor or member to write a couple words from each section that needs to be rated along with pros and cons?
Lastly- is their options to set it to users must be members of my site to actually leave reviews?
Hi, please if you need support follow the rules inside the documentation. The support team does not manage comments.
Anyway you can crate a User Box that it does not include the post author score. You can restrict the review to registered users only. The users can not insert pros and cons, only the post author can do that with the Reviewer Box type.
Hi, is there anyway to show an average user ratings widget in posts even if there aren’t any reviews yet? I’d like to still show the review widget and have a button for the user to leave a review. Please see the left column of this page for an example of what I mean: http://www.capterra.com/applicant-tracking-software/spotlight/107491/ActionHRM%20Recruiting/ActionHRM
Also, is it possible to show the number of reviews next to the overall star rating, similar to the top of that same page I linked to above?
Hi, Thank you for interning in reviewer plugin. The plugin has a shortcode that shows stars of user reviews average score. So you can place it at the position you need inside the post/page content. You can find more info inside the downloadable documentation.
As a recent purchaser of this plugin, we encountered an issue that brought to light that this plugin is not quite GPL compliant despite requiring a GPL license due to use of WP code.
We had to restore an old version of our site to check something, and then restore the latest version back. When we restored the latest version back, surprisingly your plugin lost all its licensing info, requiring us to put it back. Without entering the licensing info, the plugin would not function, which violates the GPL license.
This presents a huge problem to us. If one of our clients who we no longer support performed a backup/restore on their own, they would be left w/o functionality they paid for unless we were to intervene and provide the purchase code to get the plugin back up and running. Had we purchased multiple licenses of your plugin, we wouldn’t know which purchase code belonged to which client and it creates a mess. Of the 40+ plugins we license for use on client sites, this is the only one that does not function w/o entering an Envato purchase code.
GPL licensed plugins should always work without the need to purchase a license. I don’t care to argue the semantics of why you feel your plugin can skirt GPL rules, but I wanted to pay you the courtesy of letting you know that we would not purchase another license of this item until it is fully GPL compliant, i.e. functional w/o the need to enter a support/updates license code.
Prepurchase question, I have a website with about 6 product types. I want to know if its possible to create a number of review types with differere criterias, For instance a review for hotels, activities, tours & car rentals. My website is http://www.victoriafallshotels.co you can have a look and advise best…:)
Hi You can create a reviewer template for type. Each template has its own criteria.
Hi, I am very interested in purchasing your plugin, it looks ideal for what I need but I just need to check on the functionality first.
I have a business directory with 300+ business listings and growing. I want to have a user review box on each business page and the reviews for that business only displaying on the page. Is that easily achievable with your plugin or will it mean making hundreds of Users Boxes?
Hi Thank you for interning in reviewer plugin. You can use Auto Box type that will add a review box on each post automatically. So in a few simple steps you will have a review box in all your business directories. You can find all info about Auto Box type inside the downloadable doc.
Thanks, just purchased and will hopefully get things set up tomorrow.
Thank you so much!
Is it possible to not use reviewer images? And to also create a custom field e.g. so instead of ‘Company/Position’ there is a field for ‘Country’ or ‘State’?
Hi Tim, you can decide which fields include inside the user review. Custom fields will be available inside the next major update coming soon.
Ok, thanks for the info evoG
I am very interested in this plugin, is there a form of sounnission with?
If yes how to add a checkbox with a link that points to cgu, before validating read is check possible?
Would it be possible to have a Shortcode that displays the testimonial number,
Pending, refuse, accept
For example: pending 547, refusing 1569, accepting 124785
Would it be possible to have a Shortcode for
124785 people have given their opinion about the service here have the star count 5 out of 124785 rating
im trying to show the 5 stars on my custom post listing
how can i call for the review stars to echo the total review for each post.
im using this [rwp-users-rating-stars id=“…”]
but i dont have an id as i have manually added the review to custom post instead of autobox.
how can i use the shortcode to get the review stars for specific post with manual.
also the avatar is not showing after submission of review, when writing review it shows avatar photo but when submitted it doesn’t show the avatar.
please can you help me.
Hi, please submit the a support request following the support rules inside the documentation. The support team does not manage comment.
Other issue, I see your support license was expired so the Team can not help you. Please renew your support license at code canyon, then submit the ticket Thank you
Thank you for the great plugin. It is truly one of the best and image upload option is fantastic.
I have a few suggestions –
1. RTL –
i’ve managed to correct it fairly easily with some css adjustments, but full RTL support will help a lot (also in sales…).
2. Design – design is a bit all over the place…it would be great of more ‘proffesional’ themes will be added. Something super clean like an Amazon review, and something more ‘pro’ like here – https://codecanyon.net/item/taqyeem-wordpress-review-plugin/4558799?s_rank=1
3. I’d like to have reviews posted to any product. While this is available, i’ts somewhat awkward to implement. It would be great if this could be applied in a more comprehensive way with multiple user reviews for any product and category, including advanced filters.
Thank you for suggestions. Please next time send them to the support team, following the rules inside the doc. The team does not manage comments.
What is Reviewer Score Label and Users Score Label? In one example you show it as over all rating and user score. What is the difference?
Please follow the support rules inside the doc. The team does not manage comments. Anyway the labels are related to the overall score inside the review boxes. The first one is related to the post author score, the second one is related to the average of user reviews.

Hi Thank you for interesting in Reviewer plugin. I’m sorry but I do not understand your issues. Anyway I’m going to try to leave a reply.
1. The question is not clear! Anyway the plugin has a form for user review submission with predefined fields. You can not have custom fields yet. They will be available in the next update coming soon,
2. The shortcode is not available.
3. I think yes. There is a shortcode that display the average stars of a review box.
You can find more details inside the downloadable doc.
2. Could you add a short code to have ?.
3. Who displays the number of testimonials with medium stars
For example: 124785 persons have given their service opinion: Average of 5 from a total of 124785 rating
I’m sorry but your English is not so clear. Anyway:
2. Maybe in a future update.
3. There is a shortcode that display the average stars of all user reviews that belong to a box.
