Hello,
I’ve purchased the plugin from Codecanyon but it seems not to work. I’ve installed and followed all the steps. I’m trying to access the documentation but I get “Error establishing a database connection”. Could you please send me over via email at insta@creativebureau.ro?
Also, I’m trying to initiate one of the functions (RRE) and nothing works. I get an empty page once I click the refund/Exchange buttons from My account. I did create pages for the Return, Exchange but they don’t work. I was hoping to read the documentation and understand what I did wrong but the website s not working.

I cannot submit any new tickets. Every time I try to send a new ticket, I get “Captcha verification failed, try again!”. Also when registering on the website.
So, what else can I do?

The problem is still the same:
I’ve done everything as the documentation mentions but when I go to the My Account Page/Orders and click the exchange/refund button, get redirected to a page such as /my-account/rtwrre_exchange/?order_id=9527 but with a 404 error. I’ve tried everything but nothing seems to work.
Can you please advise?
