Very impressed with the customer support! You guys are always willing to help. I was confused a bit since I installed it on a server running php 7.4 and yet it needs php version 8. I want to express that I am very happy with the support.
The emails I sent them were answered quickly and accurately.
I already have very clear that if I can do my tests on Localhost (as I am doing now) and that later, they will support me by uploading it to my domain.
As an Envato user, I am aware that there is no obligation to support installations on localhost, however they did support me by giving me a very precise guideline.

Customer Ease: This is the best part, as I already have experience in managing other complex applications, here is the X of the matter.
