hi,
the GUI looks fresh and intuitiv. but there was too many bugs for a flawless experience. The Datepicker hasnt changed the date at all. The "add to cart" button doesnt work - just like on the demo page.
And saving the seatmap was sometime possible, sometimes not.
can not recomment. Weve switched to Eventbrite. works like a charme.

There are a few but distinctive reasons this plugin is of low quality:
- You can't rotate the tables, so if all the tables aren't in rectangles placed straight, you have a problem.
- The scheduling is absolutely useless. If you open lets say from monday to saturday from 5pm till 9pm but sunday you open from 2pm to 9pm you have to literally set every day of the year by hand (you also can't set special days off).
- After every save there comes a popup which you have to press ok to close it. After the save you have to reload page.
So my conclusion was trying to get a refund, sadly it got denied. So I wasted 42$.

Although the plugin didnt suit my needs perfectly, I have no qualms about giving it a perfect rating.
Ran into a few issues with the plugin and all emails were replied to within 24 hours and issues totally resolved. Best support I have received on the Envato network to date.

It is a good idea, support was quick to answer but unfortunately the plugin is far from working well. Does not show correct values in cart, it was not possible to enter the correct date of my event, among several other problems. I hope that one day it works well, because I needed something exactly like this.
