Thank you! :)

Hi can I change the ‘time’ to some other text label?

Hi,

Yes you can change all of the text labels in the admin panel.

Best regards, Rik

Hi there, please can you assist. I cannot find the Timetable in the admin panel after activating plugin?

Hi,

Make sure you have both the main timetable plugin and the addon activated. You can then find the settings in Timetable > Settings > Horizontal View.

Best regards, Rik

Hi Rik, we’ve installed and activated the horizontal plugin, we see its options in settings, but we see nowhere how to actually make a schedule horizontal. What are we missing?

Oh, got it! It only happens when we insert the shortcode.

Fantastic job ;)

Thanks! :)

Would be great if the Plugin Addon would work on the latest Wordpress Version… The base Plugin works great but not the Addon .-/

Hi,

Like we discussed over the email, the plugin & addon work fine in the latest version of Wordpress, but due to another problem it wasn’t showing as a horizontal table.

Best regards, Rik

Jepa everything is fine! .-) Thank you for your help

Can time units of days or weeks be used instead of 24 hour time?

With the horizontal add-on, is it possible to still have the horizontal scroll but have the times listed on the side?

I have just bought “Responsive Timetable” addon “Horizontal”. Normal timetable is showing and working fine. But the Horizontal addon is not working and showing. It shows an error:: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘top’ of undefined at schedule.js:204 at dispatch (jquery.js:3) at r.handle (jquery.js:3)

Wordpress version: 4.7.4

How to fix the issue ?

Hi,

I’ve answered your question via email. For further assistance, please contact me from the account you used to purchase the file so I can verify the purchase.

Best regards, Rik

Pre-Sales Question: Can the timetable be dynamic? For example, if I go to the site it pre filters to my current time?

Do you have a recommended booking system plugin that would work well with this?

Hi! Is it possible to make timetable for three days using only your plugin?

Hi,

The timetable can by max 24 hours long, so you’d have to split it into multiple timetable, or use the horizontal rows as days.

Best regards, Rik

I bought this plugin yesterday, but i can’t use this because after the installation, the plugin’s activation is not possible. I use the latest wordpress on private server. How to fix this problem, please help!.

Hi,

Make sure the horizontal plugin is activated and add layout=“horizontal” inside the plugin shortcode. Additionally make sure that the responsive settings are set properly, or it will show a List View.

Best regards, Rik

Hello Rik, I installed the plugin but I do not see it on my WP dashboard menu left column. i deleted it reinstalled it also logged out and into WP and same thing. Please help when possible. thanks.

Hi,

After you’ve enabled the plugin, the “horizontal” layout is unlocked inside the shortcode generator. Additionally you can access these settings if you go to the Timetable Settings panel > Horizontal View.

Best regards, Rik

Hello,

1) Could you explain how to turn on the horizontal view?

2) It would make sense if horizontal view was an option on the “WHEN WIDTH IS TOO SMALL” response settings panel.

Thank you

Hi,

1) Add layout=”horizontal” as option in the shortcode, or select the horizontal layout when adding the timetable via shortcode generator.

2) Not sure what you mean exactly..?

Best regards, Rik

2) When the width of the window is below a certain number of pixels, I would like the view to switch to horizontal view (instead of list view for instance).

2) So after trying it out, the horizontal view is not such a great option for small window widths, as we need a certain minimal width to make sense of it.

I am getting this javascript error:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'top' of undefined

I know someone posted the same question 7 months ago, but you did not post the response. I am guessing there is a tooltip library conflict. But I haven’t enabled tooltips in the plugin.

When putting the same timetable twice on the same page, as follows:

<div class="show-on-desktop-only">[timetable id="1"]</div><div class="hide-on-desktop">[timetable id="1" layout="horizontal"]</div>

It’s because it’s using the same ID for both tables I think.

I was wrong. The error happens whenever I use horizontal view. Though the timetable seems to display correctly.

The error is here:

if (this.options.columns_sticky_header == '1') {
            $(window).scroll(function() {
                var offset = that.$schedule.find('.sched-columns').offset()
                  , height = that.$schedule.find('.sched-columns').innerHeight()
                  , scrollTop = $(this).scrollTop();
                if (scrollTop + parseFloat(that.options.columns_sticky_header_offset) > offset.top && scrollTop < offset.top + height - parseFloat(that.options.columns_sticky_header_offset) - 100 && that.info.break_columns == !1) {
                    that.$schedule.addClass('sched-sticky-header-visible')
                } else {
                    that.$schedule.removeClass('sched-sticky-header-visible')
                }
            })
        }

It happens because when this is executed at first, offset is undefined so offset.top does not exist. The timetable hasn’t been rendered on the page yet at this point. Looks like another js bug. The correct right to do would be to put this code in a that.$schedule.find(’.sched-columns’).length conditional.
