Hi there,

I have ALOT of songs to upload. Is there any quick way to upload the songs instead of doing it one by one? Maybe through FTP ?

Hello,

Yes, you can. Please check the help documentation, ‘Video Tutorials’ section.

I’ve also replied your email

Hi, How to add from folder?

Hello,

Please go to plugin menu, ‘Help’ section and you’ll find ‘How To Automatically generate the player playlist by reading the folder which contains the MP3 files’ video tutorial

Regards

Feature Suggestion:

Allow users to “Thumbs up” and “Thumbs down” tracks and have those statistics captured somehere, if you can get tracks played by category and whatnot that would be great too.

Thank you for feedback.

I bought your Responsive HTML5 Audio Player PRO WordPress Plugin from you, but I did not upload my theme zip file, my theme is WordPress operating system. please help me.

Hello,

The .zip file you’ve downloaded from CodeCanyon.net also contains help documentation, PSD files and license information. Please unzip it and install ’.zip’ file you’ll find inside.

Don’t forget to check the video tutorials available on product page, under ‘Video Tutorial’ section.

My playlist is only showing 1 song rather than all the songs…why aren’t all my songs showing up?

Also, is there a way to track how many plays and downloads each song gets?

Hello,

Please check the categories you’ve set for each song. If you still have prbelms, please send me on office@lambertgroup.ro the link where you have the player.

You have Google Analytics to track the number of plays for each track. Set Activate Google Analytics Tracking:true and add ‘Your Google Analytics Tracking Code’. To check the results in Google Analytics, go to Behavior->Events->Overview

It doesn’t track the number of downloads

Regards

Thank you so much!!

How can I set my songs that have a “buy link” to where they cannot be downloaded for free through the playlist? I want the tracks that do not have a “buy link” to remain free to download, but not the ones for purchase.

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

I’m sorry, this option is not available. If this is a must for you, we can do a custom script modification.

Please send me an email on office@lambertgroup.

Regards
