I just bought this ticket system, everything is working except I cannot add or edit roles. There is no error, if i click add or edit it seems to just refresh the page and state that the settings have been changed.

Did you read the documentation files carefully? It clearly explains how to use and edit the info, rules, etc. Thanks.

Any plan to add file upload to tickets?

This version doesn’t have file upload currently, but our MoonLight Ticket system has also the file upload option.

Hello, I just purchased and every time I tried to upload It says failed as no plugin detected. I also uploaded the file through file manager on my host and it does not appear. I am sure I am uploading correct file. Can you help me?

You’re trying to upload what? You mean the files on your server? Notice that this is the PHP version of the ticket system not the Wordpress plugin… Please take your time and read the help Documentation carefully in order to understand how to install and use the system. Thanks a lot.

I have purchased this system… I logged in as a Admin and how do I assign the tickets to staff? How do I manage the staff to DEPARTMENTS? I am getting confusing it…Please help me out.

First you go to Admin Setting/Roles and add your needed roles (departments) then go to the Admins Setting/Admins and add your manager and select his role. Then your manager can simply login and reply to his tickets. That’s it.

Then where is the Privacy between the Admin and Staff Members? Staff can check assigned tickets and work on that. But, here any staff member can check all the privileges of the Admin. Please clarify.

you mean in our description here? Of course here in our preview you can see what abilities admin or staff have… but when yo install the system on your server, then obviously staff cannot access to admin section… we had to show you what privileges each role have in our preview otherwise how someone could see what are the abilities of the system?!

Does it have any multi language support?

To support multi language at a time? And letting users to switch between languages? Nope it doesn’t support that at the moment.

your demo is down, I couldn’t show it to my client. If I have a plugin in wordpress to translate the page then I can maybe use your wordpress plugin.

Yes our preview was down for some days… it is fixed now :)
