I wanted to buy this script, but after checking its demo, I can see that it has multiple errors,
1 – The images in the property detail do not crop uniformly, the user must crop them before uploading. 2 – The filter in the mobile version in the list of properties is not shown. 3 – When an agent wants to publish a property (Distance Key Between Facilities) they are not displayed. 4 – It does not have the field to define the parking spaces of each property.
Those are a few but they have a lot more, compared to Flex Home – Laravel Real Estate, which is built under the same CMS.
If you have plans to improve and fix these bugs then I will buy your script and recommend it to my clients.

Sub category of Property type: Like For Rent is Main & it has sub categories > Residential > Commercial. Sale is Main category like that

your script has no logic and a big limitation even wordpress can add any important criteria, the most interesting non-important criteria like Facilities your script has the ability to add it yourself, but for the most important criteria it is not possible to add
