As per our knowledge, every subcategory has custom field creating option from backend. If you see the right side of screen while adding subcategory, you will have option to add field names. Please check it.

Yes. but flutter wave is very expensive because it charges ontop of Mpesa charges and yet Mpesa is an independent gateway. I will prefer a custom work to intergrate Mpesa as a standalone gateway.

The other thing that you have mentioned about the custom service type through admin, this can not be done at the moment as there are certain other features in out list which are on priority.
