Easy to use and has many feature that will make your recruitment process much more organized without the hassle of dealing with emails. Post your jobs on it, run your ads elsewhere and lead candidates to it to apply and then manage the entire recruitment process in one place! Well done guys. Just needs more customization feature on the homepage so we can use it as a landing page.

Too bad the solution lacks flexibility with an API

Cons:
- Hierarchy is missing
- You can't enter feedback when taking interviews
- Interviewer can send email directly to candidate if he is rejected/shortlisted - only HR should have this rights.
- System is bit Slow

Pros:
- Definitely value for money
- Easy to set up
- UI is above average
