If i keep the property published but set sold or rented will it show to viewers that its sold or rented?

1) Is this plugin still required to configure ads with a 30-day expiration date on the site? 2) Is the property expiration control, both at the beginning and at the end of the period, automatic or must it be done manually?

Currently it is not user friendly, if someone subscribes to a 3 month subscription / membership. After 3 months the listing is still live on the website. It would be better if the property expirator can be either auto set by default. Admin can choose a default, for example 3 months,. Every property listed auto goes to draft / pending etc…. Or auto goes to pending, draft …. etc based on the subscription / membership. You can imagine a busy site that has 200 listings per day, the ADIM has to check each list and set expiration one at a time.

Hi Guys,( Pre purchase question ) .. Can it be used to auto set an expire date ( eg 30 days after publishing )?.. Example… Agent creates a new property… Pays with card to publish post…. Post will auto expire in 30 days… or will the 30 days have to be set manually?

I want to display home open times on each property. Is there a way to set the home open dates and times to expire automatically? Would RealHomes Property Expirator work for this?

hi im planning to buy your expiry plugin. before that i have a question about its functionality?

1. can i set 30 days expiry to all ads at one click. (or should i do it for each ad manually)?

2. After expiry the ad goes to pending mode. (means user can activate that ad again that if they need)
