Support is outstanding and very helpfull. Plugin itself is extremely powerfull, loads of options and a very nice custom search googlemap option. Took me a while to understand the workflow, but as stated above, support is super and very patient, so in the end I got it working as I (and my customer) wanted.

hello,

after 2 years of using the plugin I can say it has helped me build what I want (an internal database of "posts" that can be searched by different taxonomies/metas).
It is fast performing (I have 1000+ posts currently) and was relatively easy to set up after understanding how wordpress custom post/taxonomy works. I have had a low/medium level need of customization and could achieve the desired functionality.
I can now customize the search grid myself by understanding the existing templates (Uncode) and create my own look snippeting the code accordingly (I am not a programmer). That was probably the steepest learning curve but it worked.

Little bit of documentation reading necessary with this one to utilise the features, but boy it delivers. Super powerful, fast and a very handy tool for WordPress customisation.

The product works great. It's very easy, non-code and can do lots of stuff. The documentation is extensive and allows you to grasp all the options you have.
Extraordinary is their support. I ran into some things (in hindsight caused by other plugins) and they solved it quick, fast and clear, and that is a great good when building your site.
Very recommended.

This plugin is really nice when you want to do some high-level customizations, that is currently off-market by other solutions.

I've tested support a couple of times and it improved over time and becoming really satisfied with it!

Would recommend it if you are looking to build a custom solution on WP.

I would make a recommendation to the vendor to update the current documentations and videos.

I have used the Reactive Pro for about a year now, and i think it is a great search tool. Im not into coding, so i have some struggles but i manage the most of it I read all the documentation, and that helped me alot

The only problem i have is the support. I have valid purchase code and i tried to submit a tikcet, but alvays get an error. I tried to send an email to support, but they tell me to send a ticket. And i try to tell that i can´t send a ticket because i got an error haha

I sent a mail in april 2018 about the system geting me an error, and it is still not fixed (I got answer on the email after a long time of corespondation of the error). I sent a email in september 2018 and that is not even answered. And i sent a new response today on email because i get the error in support.ticksky, and hope to get an answer there.

I love the plugin, but the support should be better when you pay for support!
