It’s not problem, It’s feature. Enough points are required to redeem… You can’t redeem any amount, Minimum threshold is required to redeem.

It’s native app, admin panel is built in laravel, no mobile OTP login is not available.

Emails are replied with in 96 hours from the last interaction, you will be replied soon, Sending multiple emails can make your email as spam as you know that probably and it will not increase the reply time however.

now again i chnage to 7.3. 0 or 7.4.0 and getting same error, can you pls check whatsapp or skype?

Things doesn’t work that way, and you won’t be able to get the refund however for that reason, you should check the support description provided on item details page,

Checked your server and you had not done the php version to 7.3 even, it was 7.0 when we searched out, All the required information and screenshots has been sent to you over the email, please follow the instructions said in the docs as well as provided here, without that things doesn’t work,
anyways, it has started working and it was the server issue that the version was 7.0. and not 7.3 minimum.

bhai mene pahle krke dekh liya tha, usme sirf admin login wala option show ho rha hai, login krte time same server error 500 ka issue aa rha hai. hosting support se bhi bat kar li sab kuch try kar liya lekin issue resolved nhi ho rha hai,

For the two IOS & Android app to be done The way it is setup is great for the Learning with the green and red but can you have a category’s exams and have no green or red but just the answer you have picked Reset a given category after category is completed ? Like a daily event quiz it will only available on a certain time that they get more points. a daily login function where they can claim points for daily login (of course all of the points should be able to modify at the back end panel)
