Hi, Best plugin I have seen so far. So far is working great but have one question. At the bottom of my form I have check box that customer need to check in order to agree to terms and conditions. Is there any way to add link that will open modal with terms and conditions?

Sorry about the delay. It’s a complicated query because the submitted form data is not stored horizontally like a “normal” table. Because of the varying number of elements in each form the submitted data is stored in a separate table.
You can look in the code of the file library/Quform/Repository.php to see the current SQL code to get the entries for the list, in the function getEntries().
Another option is to create a new database table to store the entry information, and in Edit Form – Settings – Database you can configure the form to save the data there, it will be a lot easier to query.

You can change it at Edit Form – Settings – Notifications, then go to the settings for the Admin notification and change the Subject setting.

There is nothing built into the plugin for this. One solution is to use the Webmerge service with some custom code to merge the data when the form is submitted. It will require custom development for this – you might need a developer.

Looking to buy our 8th license but had a question related to the client’s needs first. They want people to have the ability to upload a photo, which I know can be done, but they are expecting thousands of people to upload. Rather than have the uploaded images stored in the wordpress media library, is it possible to have them stored on a cloud environment or some other location beyond the WP installation?

There is nothing built into Quform to handle saving file uploads on another server or cloud service. I’ll be looking into this for a future version – I think the plugin will need some more hooks to be able to do it, so you might be better off with another plugin for this project.
No worries, I like Quform too much to move anywhere else. Our plan is to just have them deposited in a standard folder (per your functionality) and then we’ll move everything to a cloud server once a month or so. Easy enough.
One more question. We want people to upload photos for our digital wall. But, we want to approve those photos before they are published. Originally, our plan was to just manually look at each uploaded image and then add it to whatever gallery plugin we use.
Is there a way to speed this up? I saw this link (http://support.themecatcher.net/quform-wordpress/guides/integration/creating-a-post) and was wondering if that’s moving in the right direction.
I also saw you helping someone in this thread where the uploaded media wasn’t assigned (kind of acting like an unapproved image) until they went into the media library to do so. Just trying to see if there is some convoluted way to where we can automate some of the gallery building process. Thank you!

Sorry about the delay. Here is the guide for creating a post in Quform 2, at the bottom the section “Adding a featured image from a File Upload element” should do what you need. It will create a new post with the uploaded image as the featured image. You can also use the code to add it to a category from the section “Adding the created post to a category” and then also set the post status to ‘draft’. The gallery plugin should be able to pull in the posts in the category and only show the posts that you publish when you approve (Publish) them. You might need a developer to set this up.
I am having problem on how to make 2 or 3 rows in one line, even that I like your now update but its really confusing to me, just like in this image https://ibb.co/fhPZFw , is it possible to drag a single row to join with another.
secondly why do I keep having problem about color and style setting? when am editing colors such as field colors they do not display in front end, only one or two styles display in front end including buttons.

There was a some bugs with the colors adding to some form elements, that are now fixed in the next update. Can you wait for a little bit for the release or do you need a fix now?
Is it possible to implement a confirmation page before sending, which shows all entered entries?
Quform 1, when the popup form was used, in a phone it would open the whole form. Quform 2, it opens it to a height matching the height of the screen and doesn’t show the whole form, testing on an iPhone 8 and iPad Pro 9.7”.
The problem is, the Q2 form only scrolls if you hard press the form, whereas before with the whole showing, it would scroll with a normal flick of the finger. I’ve messed with the responsive settings of the form, but that doesn’t force open the whole form in Q2.
EDIT: When I test it in Responsive Design Mode on Safari on my Mac, only the popup form scrolls, and it scrolls easily. So completely different behavior.
Any way to get that done? Otherwise, I have to create separate CSS for certain devices to link to a separate page, rather than the popup form that’s great looking on a normal computer screen.
You can use the same popup script as Quform 1 by going to Forms – Settings – Tweaks & Troubleshooting then choose Popup script: Fancybox 1. You could also try the Magnific Popup option to see what works best for your site.

Sorry about the delay. The error means that the email was not accepted for delivery by your server. Try Solution #1 on this page. If it still does not work, you’ll need to configure Quform to use an SMTP server to send the emails (Solution #3.)
I’ve created a form with custom column widths. They display properly on the back-end in the form designer but on the front-end all the columns have the same width. Would it be possible for you to help me find where the conflict is.
I discovered by disabling “Combine CSS” in the Performance section in settings, the custom column sizes work but when I make changes they don’t stick. The custom.css and form.css file being generated by Quform doesn’t change when I make changes to the form. The only way I can get the changes to work is by adding the css to the themes custom css. Also, when I add CSS styles they don’t work.
Try putting the Combine CSS off then on again, does it not work when it’s on again? You can also use the function on Global Settings – Tweaks & Troubleshooting – Cache – Rebuild script cache.
Combining will cache the compressed CSS when it’s switched on and so changes in the back end will need to be rebuilt. It’s best to switch this function on when your form is finalized and live so it doesn’t cause you extra work.
I have just updated from 1.10 to 2.0.1 and migrated the forms and data successfully. I have noticed now, that the confirmation email that I receive when someone sends the form, is looking better on my iphone but when I print it over AirPlay it takes 2 A4 pages (with the previous version 1.10 it was fitting to 1 A4 page). Now my question, it is possible (perhaps with css?) to fit the email to be printed on 1 A4 page? Thank you for this great plugin! Regards.

I like the plugin, just have one question. Can i create a form something like on thumbtack? I need for visitors to choose dance type, style, location, their name, email phone number…and send that info to email. But that form need to be in steps and in a popup. Thanks
There is the option to generate the form in a popup using the Quform shortcode and you can see examples on this page of forms that have Pages, which will allow you to ask one question at a time. Check out Steps, Customer survey and Job application forms.

Other forms I’ve tried email the site admin email address. I want to be able to change the email recipient away from the admin address and use another recipient email address instead. How easy is it to do that?
It’s very easy, to apply this to all forms you can change the email address in the Forms – Settings page, the first option on the page is “Default recipient”, enter the desired email address.
You can also change the recipient address for each form individually at Edit Form – Settings – Notifications, go to the notification settings and enter the email address at the Recipient option.

I am considering Quform to create a basic Job board because I like your forum builder so much. My question is, can I pass a value into a quform that will then be carried over when it is submitted?
For example, if I have a list of jobs and each one has a “click to apply” link to the form with an id in the link, can the form take that id and store it as a hidden value so when the form is completed and submitted that id will be submitted and stored along with the data from the fields?
You can do this with Quform. Add a Hidden field to the form, in the Settings for it go to the Data tab and enable the option “Dynamic default value” and enter a Parameter name such as jobid then you can set the value of the hidden field from the link URL:
