3 years with this developer and his scripts, themes and plugins. I would recommend to buy his products. the support is very responsible for all years, the readability of the code is great, updates always in time and yes, this is my second review for him

I am very pleased with the final result, it took a while to get to the finish, but this was due to the extensive modifications that I required, plus as a newcomer to CodeIgniter and my age. The charges for custom coding were very reasonable and the custom coding was implemented usually over night as I am in Australia.

As they use the same structure this review is also for the Real Estate Portal by Sandi (sanljiljan).
The benefit of using a platform like Codecanyon & Themeforest versus using another website that sells real estate and portal scripts are many. Most importantly, there is an existing community here who are trying and testing the code and constantly making suggestions to the author for possible bugs and future improvements. The code gets tested and implemented by many users, this is something that is simply not done on most other websites. In addition, if you had to get this done privately it would cost you a fortune to finally sort out all the bugs.
Sandi's support is excellent and he is also available to do customizations. I much prefer customizations from the code author than hiring a 3rd party.
Something that Sandi does not mention enough is that this script can also be used with the Realia theme. Sandi can do the customization for that.
5 star quality all round.

Documentation could be just a little better but overall this is a very good product and the support is GOOD!
