In case, If there is an issue with our module end then will surely fix it under our product support policy.

Or if issues come from the theme end, then we can fix them under our customization service (a paid service).

If your plugin and other features in your WooCommerce will be compatible with the module, then you can use it easily.

I  turn off the mobile network and wifi, and when i click on a product or any button, it will be forever loading, does it mean, it is not working on offline mode?

Means it will work offline according to the cache data.

Your website must be https:// enabled for offline caching to work.
