Hi, does your player support flv types?
We have support built-in for .mp3 and .mp4 videos. There is no support for FLV types.

Have been using this for years, simple and clean.
Is there a way to add jump forward buttons that by clicking the audio seeks to 15 seconds forward? Essentially simulate tapping on the bar but in small increments.
We have long audio files (1.5 hours) that are very hard to seek by clicking on the bar.
Unfortunately we do not have an option for skipping 15 seconds. The only skipping forward is the bar.
OK – is it technically possible i.e. via a paid modification? If so do you do such work?

The js lib you are using is now at v.4.2, but you are still using v.2.15 from 2014. Can you provide a decent recent integration with 4.2 ? Maybe it is time to make an update. And of course without JQuery, because less people are using JQuery anymore.
We currently do not have plans on updating the included jQuery. That being said you can definitely use a newer version if you want. The jQuery repository covers the positives and negatives of various versions.

I am speaking about MediaElement.js which has been updated a lot since your ProgressPlayer release. And, moreover, nowadays, everything is going without JQuery now, so if I were you I will update my product without JQuery to be quiet few months/years.
Hello, I am looking for a video player for my landing page. I saw that you made an awesome video player with a lot of options. I will be interested in purchasing it and interested in integrating it into my website. I visited a website called Wistia. They provide the ability to see where potential customers viewed that part of the video and more. I realize that it might be interesting if you integrate it into your video player, as it could dramatically increase your income.

Can’t get autoplay to work, can’t get default volume to work. Tried to submit ticket, won’t verify through envato and says my purchase code is invalid or the connection to envato has been lost.

Pre-sale question, i would like to have 2 different mp4 links on the player, if the first links fails, it will play the second link. is that possible ? this can even be done as a quality changer. but i want to make sure that if one quality fails to load then it goes automatically to the second quality. please let me know

Ah… thanks for letting me know. I was going to use it in a project but it looked way out of date. Just checked on mobile, iPad and desktop and works fine. All good
