Hi I have a trouble with the extension. I created in my website a tag as “spiderman” to show when you click in this tag all the products that have this tag but when website tries to get url of the tag it appears a 500 error.
Error occurs with luma template too.

Tag exists and I can show it screenshots… all you need to solve this problem.

Thanks for the response. Any idea when the upgrade will happen? End of life of PHP 7.1 was Nov last year and Magento CE 2.2 will not run on PHP 7.2. So running your extension is stopping the required upgrade to CE 2.3.

Ok – the file you currently have up for download has the same version (v 1.1) and changelog as the one I originally downloaded that you said wasn’t compatible, so it is confusing.
I succeeded in registered product Tags by Using in Magento API, It also appears on the catalog page.
However, admin panel cannot appear product Tags registered by API. What should I do to visible to admin panel?

We have a website in magento1(1.9.2.4) having more than 100K products. We also have more than 100K tags. We are managing tag listing page with custom URL for example, a tag “Automobile Builder”, we have URL like www.example.com/tag/automobile-builder-powerpoint-templates-ppt-slides-images-graphics-and-themes
Now we are migrating this website to Magento 2(2.2.5), And we want to use your extension for the tag(as it is not available in Magento 2 default). We want to use exact same URLs for the tag as we have in Magento 1.
Can you provide me your feedback whether is it possible with your extension or not?

We are found your extension for product tags feature (https://codecanyon.net/item/product-tags-for-magento-2/19605902). we have some queries before we can purchase it. Can you please take few minutes and just give my doubts to right solution.
1) We want to use your plugin for our Magento 2 website, which we are going to migrate from Magento 1. We need all functionalities of tags which Magento 1 core provides. Do your extension has all those functionalities?
If no then can you describe which are not included?
As we want to retain all the functionality which are been used in Magento 1 website.
2) Can we set product tag when we importing product from the backend? Can you please give example?
3) Is this extension provide the functionality to set/approve/enabled tags from the backend?
4) Can we remove .html from listing URLs? like: http://magento2.softdy.com/tag/Test instead of: http://magento2.softdy.com/tag/Test.html
5) How to Manage separate grid in admin for Tag?

In your case.
1 & 3. The currently our extension does not support migrate from M1 to M2, just using new design in M2.
We make the product tag like WordPress style, you can fill and delete the tag from backend panel.
2. You can import the tags by fill product_tags attribute of the product.

4. You can remove .html, but it may need to override our template, no worries it quite easy.
5. We are making the pro version to support manage the tags in the separate grid in the admin, it may release in the next month.

Facing an issue after installing your extension in magneto 2 platform.
In the product details page, when i click on product tag link then it is showing me an error , request you to please fix on priority.

It seems be have problem with flat tables. Did you try it with disable flat table.

After installing the minExtension, we are able to show the product tags, but clicking on them is giving following error.

We have already tried clearing cache and reindexing. We are using Magento version 2.2.2
