I want to thank this plugin author. We had some minor issues with the upload that was fixed immediately. The plugin does what it says and saved me a lot of time. I highly recommend and was impressed with the speed at which the author offered help.

The latest version of your plugin does not work with Wordpress 6.1.1 running WooCommerce Version 7.3.0. I get this error when I try to install it:

I am using the Avada theme but I also created a brand new test site with the “Twenty Twenty-Two” word press theme and the latest version of WooCommerce just to see if there was a plugin conflict with my existing site. Unfortunately, I get the exact same error on the test site. PHP version on both sites is 7.4.
Please fix your plugin. It used to work just fine.
The error occurs when trying to activate your plugin. The initial install appears to work but the plugin will not activate. I have since tested your plugin on a third site with a completely different web host and the same error message appears every time.

Hello, post type is always product. You can force a product to be either, simple, or variable by using an excel column PRODUCT TYPE
I purchased this module to export products and variations to then be able to import it into another store but when I import them the single products with variations become all single products on the destination site. I’ve tried multiple attempts but I’m afraid this module works just like that, so if this works, I don’t need it and ask for a refund. Thank you

please follow the example of the attached file sent at your email. It creates a variable product with variations , one from each line.
Prerequisite is that you map at least one PA attribute from an Excel column , so that plugin can auto detect the 2 excel rows refer to the same product ( same title ) , 2 variations.
In our example we map 2 pa attributes . Size and Color.
If you do not map any attributes , the plugin will autodetect the product and set it as Simple.
Yes, but if I export with your form and with the same form as yours I import from another site I expect to find the same starting situation on the destination site, and therefore given that instead on the destination site the situation is not the same as yours. module does not serve me and therefore I will ask for a refund, thanks

ok i bought it from your website but i can’t find acf field to map import to ? i already have some product using those fiends so it should be there no ?
please visit the plugin settings page , activate custom fields and try again in import screen . Another option is to add the name of the field in the settings page , in case you do not see them in the mapping screen ( this may be the case if field name starts with _ )
Ok thanks found it. can you tell me how to map specific images to variations on import ? like when i choose blue variation it show the blue image in gallerie?
hello? also i can’t save my templates properly , i have like 25 attributes, and only 2 are used in variations , when i save my template , and reload it , all attributes are showing as used in variations… alcheckboxes are checked. and another issue when i import brands they don’t show in my filter ? i have to manualy edit the product and put brands back in it for them to show properly in filter how come?
there is a checkbox in mapping screen if you need to use attribute in variation in our mapping screen. Uncheck this . As far as the brands we do not understand the question . You cannot import? what is brands? how is the field created , with what kind of plugin . As far as the variation image , the excel row that represents the variation should have the image of the variation in the excel cell
-yes i know about the checkbox , but when i uncheck it and save template , the next time i load template it is checked. -for the variation picture, do you mean i add the variation picture in the picture column or in the picture gallery column? -brands are a type of attribute. they import fine, but they don’t appear in theme filter unless i manually edit the product to put put it back manually

Can you send me an example of an excel file that I need to create in order to import those products? Ideally, I want to put only a few columns to import. For example Parent Product Name: Test | Width: 20cm | Height: 20cm | Price: 50 euros – Is this possible?
hello , 500 variations for each product will take time, you need to split your excel files as there is lots of complexity – we cannot know about the complexity , number of attributes , custom fields etc , your serve rcapability . You can buy and try and if not satisfied you can always get a refund on time

Is it possible to import product tags with your plugin? With multiple languages.
Basically I have the products on the website and now I want to add tags to the products but in 7 languages, I did not find any information in your documentation.

Hello, you can follow the wpml.xlsx example file . This is used to import translations for products . In the field tags you can import your tags . However, it does not tie the tags translations. The plugin mainly ties product translations , not taxonomies translations . 7 language translation would mean 7 rows for each product in an excel file . You can try with one product see the behavior.

Hi – How does this plugin handle woocommerce downloadable products.
Does it allow for the export and import of downloadable products + the actual downloadable file itself – be it zip, pdf or whatever.
It is senseless just to have the normal product information that you get with a simple or variable product, but not the actual file that needs to be downloaded as well.
Having to sift through a folder trying to find the correct files to manual copy them to be transferred to the new domain can take forever, and on a multi-vendor site simply not worth the effort.
A Migration will also not work because then you will end up having files taking up storage space that is not linked to a product.
Woocommerce / WordPress are catering for virtual(downloadable) products as well as multi-vendor websites for many years, and it is seriously about time for the import / export plugin developers to step up and address this issue.
The plugin imports/exports the url of the downloadable product . The actual file needs to be already uploaded – easily using the media gallery of WordPress or just uploading in a separate folder on your server if you wish . Then while import you insert in an excel cell the downloadable product URL .
Not so easy finding the actual files especially in a multi-vendor environment
We have multisite which we use for different countries and we want to export/import from one subdomain in multistore to another and we wonder if one license for your plugin is ok for that and if it’s working fine on multisite?

can i export field to my own excel template file?
The excel template is created within the plugin during Export Process and you select what fields to export. Then if you wish the data to an excel file you already have, you will need to manually transfer them, aka plugin will not update an existing excel file, if this is the question.

Hello, there was a bug with the product attributes created in the demo site – we rebuilt them and now works properly, try it again , remember to match title, description and the PA attributes.
