Hello! There was an error in the plugin script my dev found I’m concerned about the plugin working after an update. Please let me know how you can resolve this. I tried contacting you through your support but it was stuck on trying to select an order, just spun forever, kind of like the plugin error, it just spun and couldn’t connect.

Apparently some field in the wp grid setting are empty that might be causing a js error, it is not sending data in ajax request. We modified the file WP-ProGrid/frontend/content-product.php on line number 98 it was $cat = ””; we changed it to $cat = array();

I saw this plugin at other website however this shortcode was not working at Custom Taxonomy pages and this plugin is very slow, and also at seo part, this is indexing by google and it is not good. I don’t know maybe it was old version or st. If i buy it should i get support?

Is there a way to list the categories in a tree type view to show how the subcategories relate to the parent categories? Currently it look like everything is on the same level so if I have 2 sub categories names the same this it isn’t visually possible to determine which parent category they relate to

When using ‘Fileds/Orders Style’ as ‘Display As Dropdown’, the dropdown does not shows anything only appears the message ”None Selected”.
