The plugin was working fine until recently. Now the boxes only show when I refresh the page. I tried deactivating the other plugins but they still do not show unless I click refresh. Here’s the page https://www.waggawebdesign.com/website-design-packages/
Hi,
Boxed load fine from the first time here. Please also try remembering what changes were made before the issue began.
Thank you!
It’s strange but the boxes show when you click the link above but if you then go to another page on the site via the menu and then back to the page with the boxes they don’t show unless you refresh the page.
It looks like it has something to do with page transitions your theme uses. Try dosabling animations for boxes or page transition of the theme to test it.
Thanks!
Yes that was it. Thanks very much. It works fine now.
Hello Wad, im sorry but this plugin is not good for me, please send refund. Thanks, regards
Hi,
For refund questions please contact envato support: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-usThank you!
I unstalled the plugin, but it doesn’t appear in VC when I try to add it.
Hi,
Are you using original VC version? You should have new Pricing Box element after you install the plugin.
Thanks!
Does this plugin not work with VC 4.12?
Hi,
Yes, it does. Are you having any issues?
Thank you!
Hi, thanks for the quick response. Yea, for some reason after I updated my VC to 4.12 the pricing tables look like this:

Hi,
I have just tested again and all seems fine on our test server.
From the screenshot it looks like css is not applied. If you are using caching plugin, please clear the cache and rebuild minified files.
Thank yu!
I deactivated and deleted my caching plugin and the problem still persists. It looks like its the new version on the theme (Brazil) I am using because if I revert back to an older install your plugin works great. Any idea how to resolve this?
Thank you!
You should contact theme author regadring this, and ask what changes have they made to Visual Composer in the new version.
Or maybe thay have added their own pricing box that may cause a conflict?
Thank you!
Hello, How can I place the currency after the price ? eg : 19 €
Thank you !
Hi,
Just enter the currency symbol after the number
Thanks!
.wpb_row, .wpb_content_element:last-child, ul.wpb_thumbnails-fluid > li:last-child, .last_toggle_el_margin:last-child, .wpb_button:last-child {
margin-bottom: none !important;
}
Agree, this should be localized to pricing box container.
Thank you for the heads up!
Your item support does not list this plugin when creating a question. How do you get support?
How can I adjust the fonts/size of the elements in your boxes? e.g. the price amount is too large. Do you not have samples that I can import and make changes to?
Hi,
It can be done using custom css, as main styles are mostly pre-defined. You can edit plugin stylesheet directly or use browser inspection tools to find the class you need to style: https://developers.google.com/web/tools/chrome-devtools/
Thanks!
I have downloaded the plugin to my site and activated it etc. but when I go to place them on the page it doesnt show up. Please help.
Hi,
Do you mean element is not appearing in your builder? In should be inside Premium tab.
If above is true, then please answer few questions:
-Are you using original VC version, and what version do you currently have?
-Does your theme modify VC in any way?
-Have you tried disabling other plugins that may possibly cause conflict to narrow the source of issue?
Thanks!
Yes, my VC is the newest version, I can add the pricing tables in the back end and edit them etc. but it just doesnt show up on the actual site front end.
Have you tried on default WP theme, is it a theme related issue? Also have you tested other plugin for conflicts?
Thanks!
Yes, I’ve tested on completely different sites with default themes and it still doesn’t work.
Well, that’s really odd. It should work without a problem, there are no special requirements for plugin to work.

Messaged you.
plugin look nice, but I think missing something .. pre-sale question
do this plugin have a toggle option? such as to show montly and yearly? when use toggle montly the price will change and also yearly
example: https://cdn.wplift.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/2.png
Hi,
Plugin offers design for pricing boxes itself only. You can achieve described feature using some sort of tabs (if your theme has such element), when one set of pricing boxes is inside monthly tab and other is inside yearly.
Thank you!
it takes alot of resources, by option toggle just changing the price option
I get ur point, it just nice to have that features
Four months ago user goranpro has notified you about “unlocalized CSS code” in your plugin. The plugin still destroys all paddings until today! Have you attempted to fix those CSS issues with your update in December 2016?
Hi,
The style is in place in current version. You can safely remove it if it interferes with your design. In pricing-box.css remove:/* Last element spacing fix */ .wpb_row, .wpb_content_element:last-child, ul.wpb_thumbnails-fluid > li:last-child, .last_toggle_el_margin:last-child, .wpb_button:last-child { margin-bottom: 0px !important; }
Thanks!
Thank you but that did not help. Any ideas?
There are no other unlocalized styles. All other are within pricing-box class, you can see it in css file. Please make sure you cleared your cache after the change.
Thanks!
There is an issue with the file in the languages folder, slows the site down from 1 second to 3
Hi,
This is a language template file that just lists translatable strings and is used only in translation programs (it is not used by plugin itself), not sure how it can slow website?
Thanks!
Not sure but I tested with and without and really slows the site down from wait time
To be honest I never heard of such thing. As I mentioned .pot file is not used on website, it is used by translation applications on computer to create .po and .mo files later. So it is just a file in folder and you delete it if you want so.
Thanks!
- Is it compatible with Woocommerce? Please see example of what I intend to do in this post https://www.speakinginbytes.com/2014/06/create-pricing-table-woocommerce/
- Can product ID be used like that or is there other ways that your plugin does that? Thank you.
Hi,
The plugin basically is just a styled pricing box wrapper where you can add any content. For example, you can add a button with links to your WooCommerce products or any WooCommerce shortcode inside it. There is no option to generate pricing box content automatically from your products though.
Thanks!
White screen, nothing shows up, have installed on two different servers running two different themes (both purchased from themeforest). Refund please.
Hi,
Please try installing plugin on default WP theme with original Visual Composer – it should work fine. That means that your themes modify Visual Composer in some way that causes an issue, so you will need to contact theme author regarding this, because only they know how they modify the original plugin.
Thanks!
For refunds you can fill in form at envato help portal.
Thanks!
Purchased. Installed. Activated… and its not appearing in my VC…
Hi,
Do you have original version of Visual Composer, not modified by a theme? If you are not sure, please contact theme author regarding this.
Also does your theme already add some pricing box element that can cause conflicts?
Thanks!
P.S. Support for the plugin is provided in comments. I had to remove your discussion on forums that you posted in other product category.
