Buy Modulo Chat Facebook for Prestashop, so that it is not working in my shop.

It hangs and does not want to close the chat tab, I can not change the window text language.

I just purchased this module. How can I translate the “Messages sent to… and their replies will be available in Messenger” – Guess it has something to do with ID lang, or is it a setting in facebook? Our facebook page is not in English.

You must please soon understand, that very few are interested in giving away ftp + admin to unknown people. At the same time, you need to response better in the comment-fields. I have used your ticket-system, and it is not very good at all. Sometimes I don’t receive confirmation-emails about the tickets, and then I have no where to find them when I need to check for updates.

Please also answer simple questions like this in the comments. There is no need to create a bunch of tickets + giving away ftp and BO-access for simple questions like these.

Check out your competitors on canyon. I am not very happy about the customerservice given.

Also, for some other module I bought from you – there is a clear codingbug, which I unfortunately did not see until many months after the purchase. When I contacted you via the ticket-system, I got a very rude reply. And you demanded for me to pay you 30 dollars to check into the problem.

That is NOT good customerservice. That isn’t customer service at all.
