Yes it will send the vouchers, sorry but with this version this will not support multi store. New version which we will release in couple of days will support multi store.

This module sends multiple vouchers to the same customer who has placed various orders in the past, how can i change that ? bcuz i have returning customers who has placed more then 10 orders. how can i make sure that it only sends just 1 voucher and not 10 vouchers.

Hi i tried this new 1.1 version but i don’t see following features
- Multi Store enabled
- Multi Language enabled
- Unique costumer coupon feature added
Where can i enable Unique costumer coupon feature ?
It is implemented inside the code. There is no setting in the back end.

I set my user (as a client user and not admin) to have a birthday today… and no birthday coupon in my inbox.
Is there a way to launch this module with a crontask so it sends the voucher to everynoe having it’s birthday?
Thanks for the purchase of our module. Well with this version the cron task is not possible. We will add that feature in our next version. This module sends birthday emails and coupons on the first visit of the site on that day. So as you said it did not send you mail I think your store has been visited for that day already and you have made your account after that. So it did not sent you email for that. We will also add that feature in our next release. We like to hear your suggestion so that we can make our module more user friendly.

I am very much happy with this module only there are 2 things which i would like to see in this module.
1. Partial use (cart rules), I don’t want to allow customer to use it as partial.
2. Enabling / disabling compatibility with other rules cart

what if customer change his birthday three times in the same year to have that discound ?
hmm…. Actually the module sends the coupon to users on their birthdays. As in your case if customer changes his birthday 3 times unfortunately he will get 3 times discount. Thanks for pointing the issue. We will update our module so that if user changes his birthday he will get a notification kind of thing.

Sorry for the issue and late reply. Can you tell us which language you are using? Can you share your website url?
Okay. You just simply follow these steps:
1. Copy any folder from the mails directory from the birthday voucher gift module.
2. Paste it there and rename the newly pasted folder into nl
3. Uninstall the module and then again install it.
By going through all the steps it should work. Let us know if its still not working.

Might be there is no birthday for any user for that day that’s why I did not got the email. Sorry to say but there is no shortcut method to test. The module just gets all the users date of birth from that day and sends the email. If there is no date of birth for that day then it will not send any email.
