I find that your PHP was still 8.2, and while I changed it to 8.1, the deprecated warning is gone, and I can install the application.
But some of my MySQL query needs an update version like MySQL 8. Please contact your hosting provider and update the MySQL version, and all will work as expected.

I like it at first glance, but I don’t know if it’s what I need.
My requirements are the following:
1- I need the software for several different locations, our business is a hair salon, with 3 different branches.
2 – Can I use it on a laptop?
3 – Do I need to use a specialized POS?
4 – Can it connect to any printer to print the tickets? The printers will be small ticket printers, like those received in any store or restaurant
5 – I need to print: Name of service, date, operator, price, etc., etc.,
6 – Is a server needed to host the Application?
7 – Can we customize the ticket that the customer receives? For example, put the customer name, date, time, etc.
8 – Can I save the issued receipts and download them when I need to?
9 –
Is your product suitable for this?
If your product Point of Sale (POS) with Accounting System, is not what I am looking for, could any of your other products be useful to me?

Stock Creation Issues:
Currently, there is no option to input the stock (item) quantity when creating stock. Due to this limitation, I was unable to proceed with sales entries as the system keeps indicating “No stock.” Additionally, fields for item color, description, and size or weight are missing, which are crucial for categorizing and managing our inventory efficiently.

You are right, there is no option for opening stock while creating an item. We suggest creating a new purchase with all items’ opening balances.
Unfortunately, we don’t support item variation at this moment. We have a plan to upgrade the whole app to the latest codeigniter or other framework to support PHP 8.4. But we don’t have any ETA for that. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I got your email and came to know that you can manage creating new purchases and sales. Also, you wanted to know about changing the default sales tax,
Go to, Settings > Basic and change Default Sales TAX Rate. I hope this helps.

Thanks for your query. First off all, this is not a plugin (like WordPress plugin or any other CMS) it’s a standalone software.
You can exclude POS by creating a user without POS permission. The user permission is so flexible that you can turn off/on anything for a particular user.

Thank you for your reply. I installed it on PHP v 8.0 and I am facing several issues regarding CSRF tokens. I can not add journal, I can not add items also. Can you please tell me why its happening ? or is its not supported by PHP 8.0 ?

PHP 8 should not be any issue. It seems CSRF protection is enabled from the application config.php file. Here is the quick fix for you,
Open /app/config/config.php file and in line number 460 replace the following, $config[‘csrf_protection’] = TRUE; to $config[‘csrf_protection’] = FALSE; and it should be working.

I hope you are doing fine. This is the reply regarding the ledger for customer and supplier. After getting your report we do realize you might do cash transactions for sales and purchases. This is why you don’t get the customer and supplier ledger. We keep General Ledger (GL) where cash transactions are not accounts payable or accounts receivable. So its not recorded under any customer or supplier rather it is recorded as cash debit/credit. If you do credit sales/purchases then you will get that customer/supplier ledger. I hope it make sense.
If you want a sales or purchase report, we have that for you. Simply go to Report and there you will find “Sales Report” and “Purchase Report”. You can get the customer or supplier report from there. Hope it will help you.

hi, 1. Can I capture budgets and forecasts? I couldn’t see how to do that in this system. 2. Also I was not able to generate any report from the demo, can you please send me some reports or advise how I can generate reports please. 3. Am I able to extract from this system, I couldn’t see how? 4. Can you create or edit a GL account? I was unable too.. I was just able to open a customer account, I could not do an invoice and why could I not invoice a client from the system the invoice. As a side note.. some Automation – it would be great if when you create a invoice or payment, the system then asks if you want to post/journal and so forth..
Hello! Here is your answer, 1. We dont have budgets and forecast feature. 2. I am sorry but dont understand why can’t you generate any report. You need to go to reports menu from sidebar. Then select the report type you want, i.e. Select Balance Sheet and click View Report button. 3. Unfortunately we dont have extract function yet. But as you mention and we also got couple of other request. So I think include Export CSV would be nice. We will include this in our road map. 4. Yes you can create/edit GL Account. For that Go to Account section from left menu and then click over “A/C Head and now you will get all the Chart of Account and you can create or edit existing one. Also the automation you want is already included. If you create any invoice (Sales/Purchase etc) the journal is automatically created.

Yes, you can create different company and power user/ normal user for those company to maintain accounting for those business.
You can do it with regular license if you dont charge individually the different business. But if you like to charge different business for that you need to purchase Extended license. Hope it helps.

How to connect the barcode scanner with the account system so that when it is scanned it continues to be taken into account in the account transaction.
Unfortunately you can’t use barcode in sales module right now. Hopefully by next month we will include a POS interface from where you can start sale using barcode.

1. What is the minimum requirement of your PHP version? I see the minimum PHP requirement you stated in the system requirement is PHP5.4 or later. For your information, many hosting providers do not support PHP5.4. If you are still using PHP 5.4 in your source code then it is not safe and will have many errors.
2. I see that you have an HR module but your system does not have a record of payment receipts to employees. You only rely on journal receipts. Employee receipts are important for third-party use, especially supporting documents for employee salary payments during Inland Revenue Board review.
3. your system also does not support dual language. will you add a bilingual module in the future? if so, when is expected?

2. Actually we have a plan to working on HR part in near future, that time we will consider adding HR features.
3. Unfortunately multi language support is not in our road plan for this year. For sure we will consider this on priority in next year.
