I have changed my domain from http to https (www.xplicit-gh.com). Anytime I try to upload, I get this error “Uploading NAN%” Help me fix this

Hello marvydery,

You need to access your website using the https://www. prefix (because you’ve added www. in config.php as well), I just checked your website and it works just fine.

A feature that would absolutely be awesome is support for albums and EP’s. Just so you know, i am a software engineer and i would love to help with the project. If you have a github or bitbucket i would be able to help out.

Hello Glenskie16,

This has been discussed before, I have no plans to add this as the Playlists are already acting like albums: https://codecanyon.net/item/phpsound-music-sharing-platform/9016117/comments?utf8=✓&term=album&from_buyers_and_authors_only=0#comment_15576764

Great Script, I have suggestion, YouTube to MP3 converter utility are already available. So while uploading, user will provide YouTube video link which will be converted into MP3 & then uploaded to server. It will be great option if you never want to support video.

Hello shivrajsa,

That is against YouTube’s terms and also infringe the creators copyrights. I have no plans in doing this.

They are not helping :(

Such a nice script, I have already rated it 5 stars and have finally some time to install it to check it out. Can I use my LEMP server? Nginx instead of Apache

Cheers, Strawberrymilke

Sweet! Is there a chance that you’ll support nginx too? rewritten URLs is pretty important to have :)

Hello strawberrymilke,

Sadly no, you’ll have to port the rewritten URLs from Apache to nginx by yourself. I’m not familiar to how nginx works and 99% of the customers are running on Apache.

Understood, thanks for the fast replies and keep up the great work! Cheers :)

Amazing script, I’ve checked lot of comments, And I saw many sites running the script, I’d like to ask, why some sites when playing a song, IDM gives the ability to download the track automatically, some sites no, like your demo, that’s why? and how to prevent auto download like that? https://gyazo.com/200dddbeba09f08f8b7f251569f33494

Hello mak3000,

I’m not familiar with IDM, but you cannot prevent the user from downloading something that you’re serving to him via the browser. Just like YouTube, SoundCloud, etc can’t protect themselves against sites that allow you to download their content.

Alexandru P.

Hello Pricop, Thank you for fast response, I just wonder why that not happened with your demo I were thinking it related with server software or something like that. Thank you again.

Hello Mak3000,

Again, I’m not familiar with how this “IDM” works, but it I’m pretty sure it has nothing to do with any “software”.

Alexandru P.
