hello script admin user pass not working why
Send me via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org your installation URL so I can take a look.
i have send an email from gmail act
i followed every single step provided in the script however when i uploaded my site i get
This error message is generated when the web server is trying to access a file that does not exist or has been configured incorrectly
That seems to be a restriction from the server rather than a software issue. Check your server logs and see what’s causing that and let me know how it goes.
ok i checked the server but now the problem is the website is not loading. can i email you my website?
Thank you so much
E-mail me at email@example.com your website along with FTP access.
Great App, congratulations. I have a question… Would be possible to capture weather data from our own weatherstation?
Thanks in advance
While this script was designed to work only with a certain API, if your weather station returns the same data format like the MSN Weather API does, then the answer is yes – you can change the API link to your own.
DOES NOT WORK
I purchased this script awhile back. As of this morning, API access to MSN has been revoked so this entire script is useless.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Since it uses an API such things are beyond my control. I’ll search for a solution and come up with an update.
Hello. Is still not working ?? When you are ready to update the solution ?
It works perfectly fine, the last update was released last month.
Seems that the demo link does not work, could place the link? I am interested, thanks
The demo link works just fine, what issues are you having when trying to view it?
no.the demo link does not work just fine. In the latest Chrome, it loads for a moment then refreshes to your condecanyon page
The demo link works just fine, however it seems that the Envato’s frame is redirecting back to the Item page. I’ll get in touch with them to fix this, thanks for bringing it to my attention.
will it be possible to set the language in German ?
Or must i change all the descriptions in the Code ?
You would have to translate via the code.
Hi, why i keep get this so many times:
Call to a member function xpath() on a non-object in welcome.php line 59
Are you running the latest version? If yes – please send me FTP access via http://codecanyon.net/user/Pricop#contact so I can have a look.
Sorry, wrong script.
The latest version is available on CodeCanyon, if you have it installed already provide me FTP credentials so I can have a look.
i m not using the latest version, i m update first to check if the problem continuous. Thanks.
Hi..Auto Geo find dose not work..
This software uses the MaxMind’s GeoIPCity Lite database which has an accuracy of 95%. If you’re IP’s location isn’t detected then you’ll have to use the search function to search for the city you want to view the weather.
My is is includ in db but the script dose not work with auto Geo location. test it plz
Please send me your website URL at http://codecanyon.net/user/Pricop#contact so I can have a look.
Is it possible to set a location and the weather will only show for that location, rather than be based on your IP ? I want to use the script to show the weather in just a specific location.
Go to /sources/welcome.php and add $city = $resultSettings; on line 24.
$city = $resultSettings;
It seems the script does not work anymore
Thanks for reporting this. It seems that all the /find requests from servers are returning null for the temperature (it works when is being requested from localhost). I have sent OpenWeatherMap an email regarding this issue, I’ll update when I get an answer from them.
It appears to be a technical issue with the API, the OpenWeatherMap developers are working on it.
Thanks for the update
Hi Pricop, love the script. Would it be possible to incorporate night time icons with a moon instead of sun? I’ve already created the icons, I’m just having a little trouble with the 12h time detection. I know this is beyond the scope of this script but any help you could offer would be appreciated. Thank you!
I don’t think that’s possible because the API does not return the time. As a result, you would have to use an external service to determine the current weather based on the location the user inputs.
Understood, thanks for the quick reply.
