Help! I’ve followed the steps and ensured the database settings are correct. However, when I first go to the console, it tells me that “Table ‘mydatabasename.vcht_settings’ doesn’t exist” – I’ve absolutely created the database and checked and it’s completely empty. Hy. I finally start to using this chat. But have some issues on subdomain not working like must to be. When i login to console i get blank page but when i start with “test” chat then subdomain website showing up this is first issues soo please take a look about that! Second we got all via ssl soo fonts are via http where i must change that and how i change the folder default to my own name folder? Also when i change and save setting instant log my out from chat annoying at all. Must be on seperate sql database or i can use exist one is secure!??

Hi, i am using WordPress as main site but i have also a billing system installed under a subdomain. When the customer leaves the WordPress site and goes to his client area in the subdomain will he still be able to see the chat window?
No, currently it doesn’t work between different domains or subdomains.
Configure chat as per installation guideline mention in download.
Initially configure page displayed, i entered database ,username ..etc. after click on submit login page display.
I entered correct username and password still not able to login. even check user name and password in database also.

I would like the chat to CONTINUE to operate when the user leaves the WORDPRESS area and enters a new system. So my question is: Should i buy the NORMAL version so i can insert it in both systems, OR can i buy THIS WORDPRESS VERSION and also EMBED the chat on the other system to resume chat session?

The WP version can’t work on pages that are not powered by Wordpress. You need to use the PHP standalone version to do that (PHP version can work with and without Wordpress).

The mentioned website used an old version of jQuery and had several js errors, that’s why the js scripts of the plugin couldn’t work correctly.

Regarding the admin operator’s ‘panel’ will that ‘follow’ the user around as long as they are on the same site? we have our own eCommerce control panel and I’d like this to ‘follow’ the operator around different pages.
Will it also follow users around the frontend of the site if they initiate a chat?
1. There is no option to do that, but it can be done by customizing the code of the main php file. If you want, you can contact me from the support page, I will send you a custom version doing that.
2-3. It shows the page where the selected user is, on all pages of the website where the chat plugin is active.
