Hi there,

Could you please tell me what PHP code I could use in order to add a ‘Download PDF’ button in my website header.php file that would work across all my pages.

Many thanks.

I’ve figured out a different way to add it to my header, so feel free to ignore this comment. Thanks.

Hi speedofsound,

Good to know this. Please let us if you will face any issue later.

Hello,

(your support platform is not working, can you answer me here?)

We bought the plugin which perfectly matched our needs. For some time, exports have stopped working. When downloading the PDF file, it contains the header and the footer but nothing in the content (white page or in some cases 9 successive red boxes). Our need requires a quick resolution of the bug, have you encountered this problem? What do you need to look at the problem? Thanks

Hello,

I just purchased the plugin and added the pdf on one of the pages which you can check here: http://www.james.theparkgroup.net/dt_team/w-carter-bates-iii/. When I click on the pdf button, it opens up a popup and starts loading, and nothing comes up, it keeps on loading. Can you please help me in this regard?

I have also tried to submit a ticket here: https://redefiningtheweb.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new but when I enter all the details and press submit it shows an error “We are sorry. You have been restricted from accessing this helpdesk page.”

Hi, I would like to have no front cover on the document generated and I have noticed that if I “hide the title” it does the job, BUT I would like to have the title on the top of my page. Is there a way to trigger it (maybe with a shortcode to add to the PDF Header setting)?

Many thanks in advance.

Hi there, Pre-sale question : what about columns made with WPBakery ? No more demo on your website, no more documention on this page : https://redefiningtheweb.com/product/wordpress-pdf-generator-addon-for-wpbakery-page-builder-formerly-visual-composer/1120/

Could you provide some information or demo about how plugin convert WPBakery layout in PDF ? If the plugin made with mpdf php class it may support floating div and so columns ?

Thanks for answer

Sébastien

Thanks for reply, any demo anywhere ?

Currently demo is not available.

Hi, after install the VC PDF plugin. We put the start and end modules to use the EXACT DESIGN mode but it does not respect those limits. It also generates a large number of blank spaces. How can we solve it?

Hi there! We’ve been trying to get in touch with you through the freshdesk site, and via the emails listed on your site with no response. It’s been 2-3 weeks now. Could you please reply? Thank you.

Just ignore my last comment, they sent a reply now. :-)

Hello! I have just purchased and installed your plugin. I’m struggling to find a solution to convert a WP post to PDF.

Please view my example post here – https://3danatomica.bantergroup.com.au/osteoarthritis/

My problems are: 1. I would prefer to use Exact Mode, but can’t get that working. The PDF is generated, but is blank one page. Yes, I have added PDF Start and PDF End elements.

2. If I do switch to Not Exact Mode (which is how it is now), the PDF is generated. In this mode I cannot get the font size to change. I have set smaller, but still displays quite large.

3. Can I get the date to display in the Footer?

4. How would I include a link back to the original post?

Hoping you can help.

Regards Melanie

Hello! I submitted a support ticket 2 days ago – hoping I might have had a reply by now. I’d really like to get this issue sorted out :)

I tried to login to your support system – I I try and register it says “That email is already taken”, and if I try “I forgot my password” I get the message “You are not authorised to access this portal. Kindly contact your helpdesk administrator.” I’m not sure how I get access to my support tickets??

Hi bantergroup,

Our technical team has responded, please check your email you have provided while creating ticket and you have to reply from there.

Hi guys,

I have installed the plugin. When I put the modules of start page – end page (non exact), the file that is downloaded is not pdf, but file and cannot be read. On the other hand, in exact mode, only the wheel works.

It seems to me that it doesn’t work.

Thanks.Maria
