We bought the plugin which perfectly matched our needs. For some time, exports have stopped working. When downloading the PDF file, it contains the header and the footer but nothing in the content (white page or in some cases 9 successive red boxes). I just purchased the plugin and added the pdf on one of the pages which you can check here: http://www.james.theparkgroup.net/dt_team/w-carter-bates-iii/. When I click on the pdf button, it opens up a popup and starts loading, and nothing comes up, it keeps on loading. Can you please help me in this regard?

Hi, I would like to have no front cover on the document generated and I have noticed that if I “hide the title” it does the job, BUT I would like to have the title on the top of my page. Is there a way to trigger it (maybe with a shortcode to add to the PDF Header setting)?

1 – in many case button display an empty space or a broken image, and need reload page to display the button. How we can solve this problem?

2 – your button style is different to our theme style, is possible assign the download instruction to one of our visual composer buttons?

3 – How we can add style to your button? we try adding style to “sgb_pgawvc_pdf_button” class but don’t works

Hello! I have just purchased and installed your plugin. I’m struggling to find a solution to convert a WP post to PDF.

My problems are: 1. I would prefer to use Exact Mode, but can’t get that working. The PDF is generated, but is blank one page. Yes, I have added PDF Start and PDF End elements.

2. If I do switch to Not Exact Mode (which is how it is now), the PDF is generated. In this mode I cannot get the font size to change. I have set smaller, but still displays quite large.

3. Can I get the date to display in the Footer?

4. How would I include a link back to the original post?

I have installed the plugin. When I put the modules of start page – end page (non exact), the file that is downloaded is not pdf, but file and cannot be read. On the other hand, in exact mode, only the wheel works.

It seems to me that it doesn’t work.
