I’ve just purchased this, and cannot get past this step:

Go to Setup API -> Security

as I do not have a “setup API” option. I only have “setup Net”

What does this mean?


Your account doesn’t seem to have API Method active you should contact Westpac about this.

Hi, do you know if this plugin works with New Zealand merchants?

Also having looked at the screenshots – I don’t see anywhere to enter any details about the individual user’s account? Is it purely just the customer’s username and password?

It was developed for westpac australia but you should try get some info from your bank.

Is this up to date? can I use it if I buy it?

Hi, I couldn’t find where we’re supposed to upload the certificate, this is super frustrating. Checkout won’t push through and I’m guessing it’s because of this.


By default you need to upload ccapi.pem file at SITE_ROOT/wp-content/plugins/woopaywayapi/ via FTP

As from payway westpac site it seems it would work for you. But before buying the plugin i would suggest you get in touch with bank and ask them what type of integration you are eligible for as there are two type you can integrate with payway.

I have just been speaking with my client who I have used your plugin with.

We have a question that I’m not sure how to answer and was hoping you could shed some light?

The email with the payment notification doesn’t display the Name or Order number nor does it show inside their Payway account? is there anything that we can do from our end to include this information?

Currently the client receives lots of payments and its hard for the accounts department to identify where these orders are coming from.

Yes it works with WooCommerce 2.6 Can you please let us know what error you are getting.

My mistake, was using 2.5.something which had an error about payway class not being found. The latest WC version works.

hi, i purchased your plugin 2014. i got some errors on the plugin so i needed it to be updated. i downloaded the plugin here from my account and installed it again in my website. the version says Version 1.1.5 but your changelog says otherwise. Can you give me the latest version of the plugin?
