What is the size of the original uncompressed Javascript file? Pl advise.

The uncompressed JavaScript file is 200 lines long and has a size of 7 KB incl. comments. The compressed file is 5 KB small.

really useful stuff, good job ! :)

Hi Eric, Thanks a lot!

I tested “1234567” as password on both examples, the tests are passed? is this a bug? As long as the length is longer than 6 and the confirmation matches, the test is passed.

Hello and thank you for your message. In deed, this week password should not pass. I’ll provide a fix for that soon.

Meanwhile, I suggest to make use of pwStrength options, that will force the input to contain characters: var myPwStrength = new pwStrength({ formId: ”#pwsForm”, passwordLength: 6, lowerCaseMinimum: 1, upperCaseMinimum: 1, digitMinimum: 2, specialCharMinimum: 1, });

My update including a solution for weak passwords has just been approved, please download the code again. Thanks and best regards.

can this be used in my opencart store https://www.toolsengg.com/ ? contact me at infotoolsengg@gmail.com so that i can purchase this extension immediately, thanks

Hi there, I have downloaded this plugin but i can’t seem to download it successfully onto wordpress. this is the message I am getting.

“Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

Plugin install failed.”

Please help me figure this out.

Hello, I am happy you like Password Strength. It is a jQuery plugin for web pages, but it is not an installable WordPress Plugin. I am sorry if you thought it is one, but I haven’t mentioned in anywhere. However, I am sure you can still use it in a WordPress site.

Nice product

Thank you :-) Your Ionic 2 product looks great as well – I may need something like this in the future!
