I have been attempting to reach out to the author since December 20th in regards to an issue I have been experiencing, but unfortunately, it has yet to be resolved. Despite the author’s promise to address the issue, I have not received any response or progress update. It has now been 30 days Last Talk since my initial contact, and I continue to message the author daily in hopes of a resolution.

the developer has blocked me, and they have not responded to my requests for a refund or any work. I even paid an additional amount to the developer who is listed on Codecanyon, but there has been no progress. As I mentioned earlier, I strongly advise against purchasing this product due to the developer’s fraudulent behavior.
