I haven’t integrated the order status change notification because it needs extra php plugin to be created and integrated with the app.

To manage products from app, it needs additional customization and implementation of the rest of the dokan pro plugin API, that can be a custom job done for extra payment

I haven’t made the app for multilangauage compatibility but if you need it for only spanish language then we can change English sentences to spanish that would be a custom job for extra payment.

Yes you can generate Android iOS native app from this source code and publish it in appstore and playstore. You need to have developer accounts to publish app in appstore and playstore
