I sent you an email today. Look forward to your reply. I need to get this working as soon as possible. Thanks
Sorry for the little delay. We’ve replied you.
I replied to your email on November 29th and I have not heard back from anyone for 5 days… what’s going on?
As we mentioned, it is working on our side. Please check it again.
You offered to do some custom modifications for an extra fee and I replied to you. But I have not heard back from anyone. It is not working at the site I sent you in the email. Please check it again.
Will check and reply you as soon as we can.
So what are we doing folks?
We’ve replied to your email.
And I replied to your email… let’s get started. I need this done ASAP! Thanks
I replied to your email yesterday – let’s get this project done!
Did you get my last email sent this week on March 20th, 2017? I need to use the same script we developed in another part of the website. What changes do I need to make to be able to reuse the code you developed previously? The code works great by the way!
I resent the email again today in case you didn’t receive it before. Thanks. Hope to hear from you soon!
I sent you an email on Sunday with a link to a temp website I created for you to look at. Have you had a chance to look at it?
Yes, as we said, we are working on your custom task.
Oh sorry, I didn’t see a reply. Thanks!
Waiting to hear from you.
How can dynamic images attach_images ??
orakuploader_attach_images: [‘cat.jpg’, ‘dolphin.jpg’, ‘lion.jpg’],
I use PHP & Mysql…
Note : For my edit image gallery page…
You can use a PHP loop for example to fill the JS array.
Your uploader has theree major problems.
1. It can’t upload more than 100 images at once.
2. It does not make thumbnail images for 5-mg ones.
3. There is no upload queue, so most the times it fails to upload.
I sent you emails several times, you didn’t answer!
You said I should have support to solve these problems. Support fee is $4 according to your own website. Where should I pay this money? This is a big problem for us.
Waiting for your answer
We don’t know where you’re checking, but there is nothing like “Support fee is $4 according to your own website.”. You can check our products in our Envato portfolio only.
and how can i width & height both resize, your code only width resize….
You can use these options – orakuploader_crop_to_width for the width and orakuploader_crop_to_height for the height.
i see in js crop option but when i use crop option image not full uploaded. select default area cut & upload server. i have problem image thumbnail listing horizontal & vertical. i cant list align…
Please give us some more details and example by email, so we can check and reply you appropriately.
Could you please instruct me on how to disable the crop option. I have tried but when itry to upload it shows no image. Please advise thankyou i did send an email
Just don’t use the “crop” option in the plugin init and it is not going to crop.
HOW WOULD I echo a php value here:
orakuploader_attach_images: [‘imagename.jpg’ ],
example: orakuploader_attach_images: [’<?php echo $var; ?>’ ],
Your example should work fine.
It should work, unless the $var is empty. Please check what it is printing out.
Can i disable the form submit before completed the upload? Before buy please me know
You can disable it, but you have to add some code to the uploader. There is no direct option to achieve this.
But how can you tell me?
We can’t tell you exactly step by step since you have to add some code, but you if you have a experience in JS it is not going to be a hard job.
In example # 9 when you enable orakuploader_hide_on_exceed: true,
Does the upload button disappear?
Yes, the upload button disappears until the current queue is uploaded.
Hi using the form based example if a user deletes the image what information will be submitted back to me so I can remove the entry from mysql?
You can add entries to MySQL after the submission, so this way you don’t have to worry about this.
I like to keep images out of web root, and have a script image.php?= that will return the image when called inside an img tag., can I edit your script to add this php to the front of file names to make it work? any example of how this can be done?
Yes, this can be done, but an example will be hard to give you, since there are kinda few things that you probably will need to change. Definitely not an easy job if you don’t have PHP experience.
hi, when you use preattach images, the maximum uploads limit doesnt work properly. for example your upload limit is 8, if u preattach 8 images already, u can still upload 8 images. and also the rotate button doesnt work on preattached images.
No worries, we will help you go through this. Just answered to your email.
thanks for your fast turn around.
resize image before upload?
Yes, there is a option to resize (as well as crop) the images. We’ve replied to your email too with some more details.
Can I costumize the “Add Button ”
Yes, it’s customizable.
I’ve purchased last night, Your code is so Awesome!
just one thing I wanna know,
Clould you please tell me how to customize or change “Add button”..?
Thank you so much <3
Let me know if you need some more help (or just let us know how you want it to look like and we will do it for you – email us).
Hello nice script, there is a way to add a uploading bar whit % of file uploaded?
With some customization this is 100% possible.
another question, how this script work?...
step 1- when i add files are those files uploaded at server? or just are a thumbnail¿
step 2- once i add files the order of those files added on database change when i drag the files?
I need to give an ordering to the files when saving them in the database, this is possible?
1. This question is already answered – when you select them, they’re being uploaded.
2. Yes, you can get the images in order and save them in your DB ordered.
Looks like a pretty cool handy script Your demo shows different examples… can the script do all at once? eg: drag and drop, upload, rename, add watermark, let user crop, rotate etc…
Then after everything, a button to “save”. In my case, save multiple image names to MySQL. is this possible? Thanks
Yes, of course, absolutely possible.
Thanks for the quick response. I need tips on how to get it done.
I’m not a complete novice in PHP but I have no idea how your codes are structured and how to integrate it to my existing project.
Q.1: I have a “user_photos” table in MYSQL and I want the image names to be saved ONLY AFTER user has finished manipulating the images. I read somewhere up there you suggested using js ARRAY. In my case PHP Array. Please tell me how this would work with your existing Ajax script? “Save” button can be handled?
Q. 2: Does your script automatically reject images that do not meet pre-defined criteria? e.g: Not more than 1MB, not less than 800px width.
Any image more than 800px width will be scaled down to 800px and proportional height.
Q.3: How are you storing the temp image information while they’re still being edited? How are you renaming the images? to some rand + time / md5s to avoid conflicts? how many characters for the name? thanks
Sorry for the silly questions.
Let me know if you have any more questions.
Hi, the script is great. I’m trying to change something: I add some php to store image into mysql database, and to recover them when user come back to add/remove some images. My question is: how can delete mysql row when an image has been removed?
Thanks in advance
Sorry for the little late reply. It’s not hard at all. Just email us and we will send you a detailed answer.
Hello, I sent you a couple of email about the deletion of database records and about saving images order, but I get no answer. However I solved both problems.
Thanks anyway and congratulations again for your script
We were unable to provide instant support the last weekend. However, I’m glad you’ve solved your issues, let us know if we can assist you with something.
Don’t worry, I guess you’re busy.
I have another question…I see someone else ask about it: when use pre-attach image and maximum limit upload, every time I came back to the gallery I see I can add images again.
Can you help me with this? Thank you
Yes, of course, please email us directly on email@example.com (just copy/paste your comment).
